Enjoy a 2BR 2BA newly renovated ranch in Naples. Surrounded by our 24 acres with views of the hills to the south and west, enjoy our open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The master suite includes a queen bed, sliding barn doors, a full bathroom with a large closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and a full bathroom in the adjacent room. Laundry facilities are on site. Kitchen includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, automatic dishwasher, and island with 2 stools. We have a coffee nook with a Keurig, included K-cups, and 2 comfy chairs. The dining table has 4 chairs. The living room has 2 sofas, an electric faux wood stove with flames for ambiance, coffee table, and Roku TV. Sit outdoors in our Adirondack chairs and enjoy fresh air and amazing views.

Primarily a stay for clients of Wren’s Roost Wedding & Event Barn on weekends May through October, this is a great location for skiers in the winter as it’s situated between Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow Ski Area. Enjoy all that Naples and the Finger Lakes are famous for: scenery, hiking, boating, golf, Bristol Valley Theater, and so much more.
