Welcome to The Mission House. Our home is located on a quiet country road in the Finger Lakes Area of Western NY. We are located about 10-15 minutes south of Canandaigua Lake, one hour south of Rochester and about 45 minutes north of Corning. We are centrally located to wineries, breweries, hiking trails, ski resorts (Swain, Bristol), fishing, Canandaigua and Keuka Lake and two state parks (Letchworth and Stony Brook.) It truly is a beautiful area with lots to do!

At The Mission House, we have trails throughout our wooded property for walking, hiking, and cross country skiing. There is a NYS trout stream on the property. We have a bird feed station, so you can sit on the porch and watch the native birds. If you enjoy nature, this a great place to rest, relax and take in the scenery.

Our home has Stickley (mission style) furniture throughout.
There is an open concept main floor with kitchen, living room and dining room.

The kitchen has all the amenities you would have in your home, including a Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, oven, frig, and dishwasher. There is also a wine frig. Island seating centers the kitchen for conversation and added work space. The dining area is large and inviting. We also have a large covered porch off the kitchen for eating, relaxing after a long hike, watching the birds or just taking in the view. If you prefer to cook outside there is a grill located just off the porch. A work area is located in the central space also.

There is plenty of seating in the the living room area to visit with friends, cuddle up with a book or watch a movie on our large screened TV.

There are two large bedrooms available with king sized beds with cotton linens. There are blackout blinds in each of our bedrooms, so you can have a good night's sleep. You will also find two full bathrooms with double sink vanities, large mirrors, large showers and cotton towels.

We have a firepit with Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy a beautiful evening. Kindling, starter, and fire wood are available for your use.

Our laundry room has a washer and dryer with space for folding clothing. There is plenty of closet space throughout the house for your clothing storage needs. Our home has central air conditioning and a generator.
