Here are some of our House Rules:

Children should be under supervision.
They should not be allowed to jump on any of the beds or furniture. Writing on the walls is also NOT permitted.

Furniture should not be rearranged or moved.

TVs are mounted on walls and should not be adjusted to try to plug in any HDMIs.

In the children’s room, each bunk bed should not exceed 200lbs and the double bed should not exceed 425 lbs.

In order to avoid any additional cleaning fees, food and drinks are NOT allowed in the bedrooms.

Dishes must be washed and put away. Do not leave any dishes in the dishwasher.

BBQ Grill must be cleaned after each use to avoid cleaning fees.

Please be conscientious to neighbors who may potentially be going to work the next day. Hot Tub usage between 9am-10pm and please do not add any additives or bubbles of any form.

Trash - We strive to be low impact and eco friendly, therefore the cleaner will dispose of 1 bag of trash for your entire party for your entire stay. If you have more than that, we request you take it with you. 1 trash bag is provided per stay. Trash must be placed in a bag and in the bear safe barrel.

Hot Tub Safety Rules & Guidelines

• Shower with soap and water before you come in.
• Enter and exit the Hot Tub slowly.
• Please no jumping or diving.
• Do not bring glass in or near Hot Tub.
• Do not use alcohol, narcotics, or medications.
• Elderly persons must consult doctor before use.
• Pregnant women should consult doctor before use.
• Children must be supervised by an adult.
• Do not enter if temperature is over 104°F.
• Limit your soak to 15 minutes, and cool off before re-entry.
• Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or any serious illness should consult with a doctor before entering the Hot Tub.
• Please replace Spa cover after each use.
• Please do not sit or lie down on the cover.
• Please turn off high jets after use.
• Please do not use soaps or oils in Spa. Please do not put any SNOW into the hot tub as it will contaminate the hot tub.

Additional Notice: Absolutely no beverages or drinks in the hot tub.

• Please make sure your group is aware of these rules.

• This time of the year, with freezing temperatures, it’s complicated for us to fill the hot tub. To avoid any fees, please ensure there is no intentional splashing of water out of the hot tub.

If the hot tub is left with a low water level or contaminated, fees may apply.

Fees can range anywhere from $300 to $400. Any questions, please ask before using hot tub.
