This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! The walk to the beach to see the sunrise was perfect! The host was very helpful.

Wonderful spot for our family vacation. Kitchen better equipped than many VRBOs. Plenty of space for 9 adults/teenagers to relax, eat, sleep. Easy beach access. Great communication with the owner. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great for families that need space. We had a celebration of life gathering with about 20 people attending and there was room on the spacious first floor.

This is a nice rental but the owner needs to do a few things to make it 10/10. In the kitchen, there is a cabinet door and a window shade missing. The "bedroom" in the basement has no privacy since there is not a door, just an open stairway from the first floor. There are seveal places where electrical/utility outlets need to be sealed off or fixed. The bath towels are not in matching sets, just a random collection. Special instructions are hand-scrawled on scrap paper rather than printed. The bedrooms would benefit from black-out shades rather than louvers. Other than turning the basement into a true private bedroom, these issues are easily fixed and would turn this into a stellar property.

The house was in a great location. Close to everything! Every bathroom had it's own bathroom, which was wonderful. Would definitely book again!

Salem adventure

Wonderful time in Salem and Gloucester! Took a drive down the coast as well. The house was so spacious and accommodated our family of 9 women. Perfect location!

Family Vacation!

We had a great time! The house was well suited for our family. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. The upper level deck was a family favorite. It is a quick walk to the beach and to an ice cream shop! We would definitely stay again!

Wedding trip

Location was great, kids enjoyed the beach. 3rd floor deck is amazing. Front and back door locks were unique and thankfully the owner provided instructions before we arrived. Lots of stairs, so if you have mobility issues this house might not be for you, but otherwise it is an awesome choice if you are looking for something in this area.

Ocean Getaway

Spacious, light filled, beautifully furnished and extremely clean without feeling sterile. Great ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and decks. I loved cooking in this kitchen. Two grocery stores are within a 4-5 minute drive. This was the perfect ocean get away for my family. We enjoyed walking on Long Beach during the low tides; sunrise and evening walks were spectacular. I highly recommend this property- the listing is accurate and even better than I had anticipated. My family was very happy here.

Boston Plus

Staying in this VRBO house and many of the Boston area historical, sporting, and oceanic features was a delight. Our family felt comfortable and convenient features for all seven of us. “Let’s go back to Boston” and “This was the best vacation l’ve ever had” were some family comments. Great Weekend on the North Shore

Our family was in town to celebrate two graduations in the area. What a beautiful setting for walks on the beach, views of the beach...we even saw the aurora borealis from the roof deck! We would have absolutely enjoyed the beach more if we had time (and if the temp was over 50 degrees). The home is gorgeous and well maintained. Great common area for gathering, and enough space to spread out. We parked two pick-up trucks and a small SUV in the driveway without a problem. Communication with the host was very easy! We would definitely stay again!

We came to the house during the Noreaster and the house was not only really lovely, but it was fun being so close to the beaches during the storm. Our hostess was so helpful and remained flexible throughout the unusual weather to assist us.The house was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful with the ocean and stunning views wherever we looked.This feels like a place I want a return visit.
