Your search for the perfect centrally-located pet-friendly Denver-area retreat is over! Welcome to my modern Englewood home, situated on a quiet street in a peaceful, safe friendly neighborhood.
Unwind in the comfortable living room in front of the electric fireplace, hang out on the back deck, play some cornhole, take a 1-minute stroll to the off-leash dog park, study up in the office alcove, then explore the variety of shopping, eateries, and nightlife in nearby Downtown Englewood or Denver!
The space
You will have private access to the entire main-level unit of the home as well as the front and back patios and backyard. I (the host) live downstairs and have my own private entrance. I also travel often for work and I am rarely there. So chances are you won't see or hear me at all during your stay unless you'd like to chat, in which case just let me know as I'd love to meet you!

Regardless, I can almost always at least accommodate earlier bag drop-offs.

Guest access
Keyless entry self check-in, code provided prior to check-in time. Guests have full access to, and use of the main level of the home, front porch, back patio, and backyard. There is one locked supply closet inside, one locked door by the kitchen which leads downstairs, and locked storage under the carport, but otherwise you have free reign of the place to enjoy!
Other things to note
Thank you so much for booking - between Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the rock climbing gym just down the street, the many nearby craft breweries that Colorado is known for, and the famous foothills of the Rocky Mountains, I'm hoping that you'll enjoy your stay and love my town as much as I do!
House Rules:
- You are responsible for your family members, children, pets, and guests at all times. We try to be as family-friendly as possible but the home is not child or baby-proof.
- Please do not burn down the house or our lovely neighborhood! Open fires are not permitted on this property.
- No parties or activities that would disturb the neighbors.
- No smoking inside the house. This includes marijuana. Cigarette butts or joints will result in a $50 fine per butt. Smoking stains or smells will result in a $2,000 fine. No illegal drugs.
- We are not liable for injuries on our property.
- If you have questions, please ask! I would rather you ask than worry about anything - I really don't want to have to charge any extra fees!
- Please respect the house so future guests can continue to enjoy it :-)
