Walking distance to Main St with all its shops and restaurants, as well as walking distance to Wilber Park with a community swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds, walking and mountain biking trails. This quaint apartment is just what a small group needs for convenience while in town. There are 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed, and ROKU TV. Plenty of natural light fills the rooms through the large windows. The center hall has a convenient laundry nook with stackable washer/dryer as well as a full bathroom with tub/shower, which is just steps from each bedroom. A large living room is in the front of the apartment overlooking Main Street. For those of you who have to put in some hours working between baseball games there is a desk in the dining room, perfect for all your WFH needs. A very functional layout between the kitchen and dining room will allow for easily getting meals on the table. The kitchen has everything you'll need for a short stay in town, except groceries, of course. There are a handful of grocery stores all within 5 min or less and tons of restaurants if you want to skip cooking while on vacation. Of course, we save the best for last, the sun porch! This terrfic room is at the back of the apartment and looks out over all the neighboring backyards. Giant windows allow beautiful sunlight to fill the room, if you didn't bring a book of your own, your host has left some for your enjoyment. This room is the perfect place for a cup of morning coffee and quiet reflection, or to sit and relax After the Game.

Outside After the Game 2 is a shared side and backyard. This is shared with the lower level apartment After the Game 1. There and a gas grill and picnic table for your use as well as a set of cornhole boards to pass some time. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway, 1 for each unit. Around the corner, there is plenty of free street parking on Tilton Ave if you have another vehicle in your group.
