A single-level condominium showcases an open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a comfortable living room complete with a gas fireplace and stunning mountain views from the south-facing windows. Step out onto the private patio to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!
The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also contains a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, accompanied by a full bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and an adjacent alcove with a bunk bed, providing additional sleeping space. The third bathroom is accessible from the main hallway, which includes a washer and dryer.
Guests can take advantage of complimentary amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a covered garage for one vehicle, and outdoor parking for two cars in the driveway. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
A pass to Club Meadow Ridge is included for up to 8 guests at one time only. Access to Club Meadow Ridge which is a short walk from the condo offers an outdoor heated pool, oversized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke 15 feet to entries. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they smoke inside the unit.
