We expect the cabin to be cleaned in 5 hours or less. Cleaning beyond 5 hours will be charged at 50$/hour. Late checkout is also charged at $50/hr.
We have a firm no pet policy. A fee of $500 will be charged for not abiding by this policy. Sorry we love dogs but just cannot accommodate them.
Thank you for not cleaning fish on premises. It attracts bears and creates unwanted smells and mess for next guests. Fine is $250.

This house is absolutely lovely! From the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains to the meticulously well maintained property, we couldn’t ask for a better vrbo experience. The kitchen is well stocked, everything was incredibly clean, beds were cozy and comfortable, and communication before and after the stay was very helpful. Highly recommend!

This rental is very clean and well stocked with everything that you could need for our stay. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of hot water for a family of eight. It was a great experience.

This house is a skier’s paradise - and that’s coming from a non-skier :-)We loved our stay here.. the house is well stocked & so is the kitchen! The location was perfect - close enough to a lot of things we wanted to do and see & yet in a quiet neighborhood, Our multi-generational family had plenty of space - the board games and TV kept the kids occupied on rainy days & the beautiful little stream and walk around the neighborhood kept the adults busy and cheery.

Comfortable, Accommodating, and Convenient

We loved our stay here. There are several gathering spaces - one on each floor, so there is lots of room for relaxing and conversing. Host was very communicative.

This cabin has a wonderful setup for large groups or families. We stayed here in Girdwood for a couple days before our cruise out of Whittier. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals. Beds were super comfortable. There’s a lovely creek running behind the property. Our kids loved all the board games and the loft area. While in town we went on the summer dogsled tour that departed from nearby Alyeska Resort. We also took a very short hike on the Virgin Creek Falls Trail. Highly recommend, it was so beautiful. I am so glad we chose to stay at this cabin instead of a hotel in Anchorage. The host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you, Christine!

This property fit our traveling family of 10 well. The showers are big and very consistent water temperature and pressure. The top bunk is a little close to the ceiling but the beds are very comfortable so it's easy to deal with that. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who likes what they see.

Spring break

This place was awesome! First time staying outside of Aleyska lodge and so glad we did! This place had it all! Although the hot tub was not working when we stayed, the place had family games, music, and movies for after our ski day was over. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Fantastic cabin. Even better than advertised!! Beautiful area. Clean, comfortable and very nice place. Excellent communication with owners. Informative "to do" book that gave us several suggestions for activities/hikes. The complementary oatmeal and coffee was also appreciated.

Our family had a wonderful stay at your very cozy cabin ! The beds were super comfortable. The entrance foyer was great for shoes/coats/hike packs to keep living areas clean. The firepit was great to enjoy the last of the day together. We cooked in a bit and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tea was like being at home. Thank you !!!! Great place to stay, inside of cabin is extremely nice!!! Don't let the outside judge. Owner has spent a ton of on inside...VERY NICE!!!However, we were extremely disappointed the hot tub didn’t work. This was the main reasons we chose this place. Was looking forward to using hot tub after long days of hiking. The layout upstairs is a bit wonky, but neat at the same time.Great location, quiet, easy to get to, love the creek/stream running water to listen to in the back yard. Didn’t get to use the fire pit outside due to our schedule, but is available with wood, very cool!Highly recommend this location.

Thanks for the feedback Jason! Our apologies regarding the Hot tub. Unfortunately we had a freezing event in the winter which is unfixable. Prior to summer bookings I took down pics etc of the Hot tub on website . Sorry if this was misleading- never our intent. Thanks again for your review and your stay at our cabin.
