FIRST FLOOR: Enter from the driveway to a large open Kitchen with counter seating for four, small breakfast table for two, large pantry, and doors to a back deck overlooking the back yard. Just beyond the Kitchen is an intimate sitting area for reading, watching TV, or socializing with the cook during meal prep. Doors from this space lead to a three-season porch for outdoor dining and relaxation. Down a short hall, one finds a large laundry closet and three Bedrooms. The spacious Primary Bedroom features a King Bed, an amazing closet system and an en suite Full Bath with double vanity and walk-in tile and glass shower. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each contain a queen bed with large closets, and shared access to a Full Bath with combined tub and shower (not pictured but consistent with the Primary en suite Full Bath).

To the left of the main entry, a short hallway leads past a small Turret Room for either work or relaxation, a Half Bath, and to the "Party Barn" just beyond. Built on the site of the original barn, this commodious room features high cathedral ceilings and post and beam construction, plus a wet bar, ice maker, sink, and plenty of glassware for entertaining. Please note: a garage and a small guest house are on the property. The guest house may or may not be occupied.
-Pets: Dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis. The pet fee is $250 and the pet policy applies. Owners will consider dogs that get along well with other dogs (due to other rental properties on premises), Dogs must be crated if left unattended. A crate may be available, please inquire. An enclosed dog run is available.
-Cell service may be spotty at the house and area, depending on your provider. Wifi calling may be necessary.
-A laundry facility is located in the walk-out basement of this house, and is made available to the tenants living next door in The Doll House, a detached guest cottage. Access is via an exterior door, but you may hear them coming and going from time to time. Summer Winds tenants have use of their own laundry in the laundry closet in the hallway.
