The estate is ideally situated among towering pines along the glacial shores of Long Pond, regarded as MDI’s most sought after freshwater lake.

The custom-built shingle style Main House offers a spacious and luxurious interior highlighted by beautiful lake views, exceptional craftsmanship, hard wood flooring, surround sound and quality furnishings throughout. Designed for comfort and style, the home features a flowing layout that balances bright, open living spaces with areas of privacy and retreat. Luxury amenities include whole-house audio, radiant heat, and central air conditioning.

The main living areas are complemented by an expansive, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and an impressive suite of high-end amenities, including a Sub-Zero wine refrigerator, a spacious pantry and wet bar, professional-class fitness room, and all the features needed for seamless entertaining and lakeside living —from swimming and sunning to hiking and exploring Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park year round.

The luxurious 4-bedroom main residence is further enhanced by a detached, carriage-style 2- bedroom Guest House, ideal for larger gatherings or those seeking additional privacy. A well-appointed full bath with shower and washer/dryer completes this inviting guest retreat.
