Six Cottages All-In-One | Herons Nest

Welcome to Herons Nest Boutique Cottages next to beautiful Paw Paw Lake. This listing is for all six of our boutique cottages, all new and tastefully furnished. Hickory hardwood floors, tiled baths and private deck w/grill. The property is complete with multiple fire pits, 2 pergolas/swing, a pickleball court, sand volleyball/badminton court and parking. Just steps from Paw Paw Lake. You can fish, launch your kayak or paddle board or take in a breathtaking sunset.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages and within the building`s premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our cottage is located in a residential area, and we ask that you respect our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. Please refrain from hosting parties or events that could disturb other guests or neighbors.
3. NO PETS: Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our rental due to potential allergy concerns and damage to the property.
4. LATE CHECK-OUT ($50 Fee): Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to ensure that our cleaning staff has sufficient time to prepare the cottages for the next guest. Late checkout past 11:00 AM will result in a $50 fee.
5. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS ($50 Per Guest): The maximum number of guests allowed in the cottages is 28, including children. Excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per guest.
6. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: We kindly ask that you respect our home and its contents. Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture and report any damage or issues to us immediately.
7. NO GLITTER: Please don’t use glitter for decorations or for any other reason.
