Our "Blue Escape Penthouse" has extraordinary views of the turquoise blue ocean, 3 pools, jacuzzi, and lush green of swaying palm trees on the beach. You will definitely enjoy the extremes of natural invigorating ocean waves and calming, peaceful beauty of our penthouse. Perfect for your vacation home base in best location.
We offer you 3 fully equipped bedrooms to meet all your personal space and privacy needs. Our penthouse is comfortable for up to 8 guests. Since we prefer to host 6 guests (including children), there may be a small additional charge for 7th and 8th guest. (We can be flexible.)
SLEEPING AREAS SUMMARY:
The 2-story penthouse has a large and comfortable living room with its own new 65-inch Smart TV. The dining has a large wooden and glass dining table for up to 8 guests.

FUN LIVING ROOM (SPACIOUS ENTERTAINMENT AREA):
The 4th floor spacious air-conditioned entertainment area has a new 75” Smart TV. This has a full bathroom with nice shower. Two new ultra-comfortable bed-like sofas, size of two single beds. Two new super large fans to create fresh air flow. Just steps to the outside terrace for in and outdoor fun! Then just step outside to the equally spacious patio with lighted pergola, outdoor furniture, and a separate community Jacuzzi (heated upon request).
AMAZING FOURTH FLOOR TERRACE:
The best place to enjoy the incredible views of the ocean and beach is in this 4th floor terrace with a wood-beam pergola with two sofas, tables, and outdoor fan. There cool is night lighting or turn them off for night views. We just added a new BBQ, and an outdoor fan.
FORMAL DINING / LIVING ROOM:
The large dining room has 48” square table to accommodate 8 people. Next to this is our formal living room with two new 3-seat sofas with coffee and end-tables. Plus, there is a 55” Smart TV. This entire area has sliding screened windows with panoramic ocean and pool views.
TERRAZAS DEL ATLANTICO AMENITIES:
Premium community of Las Terrenas that has multiple pools (kids and adults) to share with lounge chairs for sun-tanning. We have a full staff to maintain the pools and common areas. Free parking. Community 24/7 gated security entrance.
THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare and cook your own meals. It has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, 2 types of coffeemakers (including Dominican “greca”), teapot, plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils, all necessary kitchen items, ask us if you require something special.
SPECIAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:
Housekeeping is normally done on two selected mornings. (Extra maid service and cleaning with fees.)
Our housekeeper may be ready and available to cook for a fee or recommended gratuity. She has excellent cooking skills in case you want to arrange either breakfast and/or lunch during your stay.
We can help you to organize your transfer from and to the airport. We offer to assist with coordinate your vacation activities.

AIR CONDITIONING & ELECTRICITY:
We made a major investment to replace all air conditioners. Each bedroom has its own NEW air conditioner. As electricity is so expensive, all our 4-air conditioner will be monitored for excessive use. All rooms have wonderful extra-large NEW cooling fans.
[ ] Basic electricity of 30 KWT per day in included. If there is excessive usage of air conditioners, there may be an extra charge at the time of departure according to the electricity meter. The price per KWT is 15 DOP.
[ ] Please close doors and windows while the air conditioning is on to improve cooling performance and save energy. Be sure to turn ACs off when leaving the unit. (We reserve the right to remotely shutdown overused air conditioners.)
[ ] Prior to check-in, you will provide identification and a possible security deposit.
LOS PESCADORES:
Easy short walk to nearby top restaurants, including famous Los Pescadores being rebuilt. Or in the evening/night you can stroll to nearby bars, music and dance clubs. Everything is a short walk to city center for shopping (Puerto Plaza ships), banking, pharmacies, natural juice bars, special coffee, and markets, and even massages. Yes, the best dining and entertainment options are within walking distance... ETNO, Mosquito Art Bar, and many more.
SECURITY NOTE:
We require primary renter provide identification and names and ages of other guests. Security will assure that extra "visitors" are NOT allowed without owner's prior written consent. Las Terrenas is safe and we have the local tourist police station close by.
