You will love to stay in this house a few steps away from Las Ballenas Beach in the wonderful Las Terrenas in the North Cost of Dominican Republic. This house has everything you need for an amazing vacations in the Caribbean. Private pool, bbq, hot water, bath tub, complete kitchen and more. A few steps from a big list of restaurants, bars and dance clubs.

Full equipped Villa, 2 story house, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living and dinning room, exterior terrace, private pool, exterior showers, yard. This is a gated villa in one of the best neighborhood of this beautiful town of Las Terrenas, Samana.

-House staff: Felix, our concierge is in the back of the property for anything you need 24/7.
-Netflix is available.
-BBQ use charcoal and we provide it. Felix will set it up for you.
-Bathroom are fully equipped (Bath Towels, Bath soap, Bath gel, Shampoo and toilet paper are provided)
-Pool Towels are provided.
-Parking for 2 vehicles inside the property + space for ATV or scooters.
-Air conditioner available in each of the 4 bedrooms. Air contioner electricity is charged separated at US$0.50 x kwh consumed and a small deposit is requested at check in for this purpose.
-The entire house energy is covered by an inverter generator, except for the air conditioners of each bedroom, in case of a power outage, these will be the only affected.

We had an amazing week at Villa Coral Blue in Las Terrenas. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The house itself was spacious, comfortable,The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to easily accommodate two families.The pool was a lot of fun and quickly became one of our favorite spots to hang out. We also loved how close the beach was—it was just a short walk away. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything we needed, including restaurants and shops.Felix, the concierge, was fantastic and always readily available for any request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Las Terrenas.

It was FANTASTIC! A quick walk to the beach and Las Cayenas Restaurante. If you enjoy Bachata, it's a brisk walk to many of the evening socials. The home was gorgeous, Felix was on site and the host was easy to get in touch with. Everything works - stoves, AC, good water pressure. If I take another big group we will definitely stay here. It was too good not to.

Better than the photosThe house was exactly as the pictures, the perfect house just a few steps from the beach. We loved it. The house has all we need, full kitchen, hot water and privacy. The host was very nice, attentive all the time and provide great recommendations of what to do in town. Felix the concierge was very nice, he provide great service with the bbq and helps us set up the laundry. We definitely coming back next year.

Amazing Villa!! Just as expected. A few steps away from the beach. Loved all the amenities and the design. We hade a really nice time the host was always available.

We stayed in this villa in Las Terrenas, and it was far from what was promised. The property is much older than the photos suggest, with clear signs of neglect. There was mold from water damage, and during rain, water came inside the house through the windows, running down the walls.The villa felt outdated and poorly maintained. The kitchen was not suitable for cooking, and the large doors and windows lacked curtains and mosquito nets. This made it unbearably hot during the day, and at night, we couldn’t open them without worrying about insects.The washer and dryer were located in a cramped, small area outside, next to batteries and utilities. It was so rusty and damp that I was afraid of getting an electric shock. The area felt unsafe, and you would need to be a thin person to get inside. I didn't feel comfortable using the space at all, and the washer and dryer didn’t work for the first 4-5 days of our stay.On top of everything, there were people constantly coming and going, so we had no privacy at all. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

THIS A RETALIATORY REVIEW, as vrbo didn't get him a refund back because somehow the washing machine stopped working for only 2 days. The worst experience we have with a guest in over 5 years. From the first day this guest was threatening us with canceling, writing a bad review or asking the money back. Check the previous review just days before this guest "Beautiful House and the host was great. Very attentive..." How is possible everything change in a few days. They showed up without reading the rules and details where we clearly stay there is a majordomo in the back of he property; in charge of the yard, garbage, if something is not working, he spray the garden for mosquito twice a week and the pool, but they asked us to remove him otherwise they will ask for a return. By mistake we accepted. Them somehow, the washing machine stopped working, they reported and same day we sent a tennician. We placed a small temporary washer as the dryer was working and we also offered a lady to do the laundry for them free of charge or a full laundry room just 2 minutes away, they refused and asked us to buy a new washing or they write a bad review, HERE IT IS. The house maintenance of everything was done on December as we do twice a year. We have mosquito net in all the windows of the bedrooms, all the bathrooms and also in the dinning/ living room windows. The kitchen is fully equipped. People were coming of course to repair the washer and cleaning of the pool as they requested.

Amazing Villa in paradise Las Terrenas

Love the house, it is even better than the photos. Just a few steps from the beach, love the pool, Beautiful kitchen, bbq, felix helped us a lot with everything and Enmanuel a really nice host, thanks for everything! Me and my family will be back next year for sure.
