Located in a tree-lined, luxury residential neighborhood, this beautifully appointed new-build ADU is perfect for the traveling executive or landing spot to explore the inviting Southern California area. Stepping through the front gate, you are greeted by a generous, private, fenced yard with mature trees, pomegranates, and blackberry bushes that includes 2 seating areas for dining or relaxing on your outdoor couch or lounge. Enjoy the evening with a game of cornhole or watch the sunset fireside with the outdoor fire pit. This first area includes a shaded outdoor dining table along with a generous seating area and lounge with an outdoor fire pit and solar and electric lighting to enjoy an evening outside. As you enter this lovely and light-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, you will find a dining area featuring a round table with seating for 4 and living room with a comfortable queen sized sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The living area also includes a smart tv to enjoy your favorite websites and subscriptions. The fully appointed kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven with a gas cooktop. You have your choice of french press, Keurig, or regular coffee maker for your morning brew. The primary bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, spacious walk in closet, and a smart tv. A slider in the primary bedroom opens directly onto your second outdoor seating area with a comfortable couch, chairs, and table to unwind at the end of your day.You also have direct entry to the bathroom from both the main living area and the primary bedroom. The main bathroom is well lit with a glass surround shower. The second bedroom features an inviting full sized bed along with its own private bathroom and glass surround shower, as well. This home has a full size washer and dryer, on demand hot water heater, and a 7-stage filtered drinking water available with a tap by the faucet. There is an ample storage shed in the fenced yard area, should you need extra storage and an outdoor area for your furry friends as this is a pet friendly home.

The front door is a keyless entry. Yard access is through the main gate and from 2 sliding doors in the living room and primary bedroom. Outdoor parking is available in the driveway in front of the fence along with additional street parking. Also note there is a dog on the property; however, he does not have access to your private unit or backyard. If you do run into him on the property, he would really appreciate some love and attention :) This house is pet friendly (dogs only, no aggressive breeds) and pet fee applies.

Local grocery shopping includes Trader Joe's, Vons, Gelsons, Lassens, and Sprouts plus too many restaurant choices to list. A 30+ minute mountain drive from the 101 Fwy over Las Virgenes brings you to the beautiful beach resorts of Malibu and Santa Monica or head north for kayaking in the Channel Islands or a day trip to Santa Barbara.
