Clean, conveniently located, this Fully Furnished - 1st Floor (lower level/interior unit), 2 Bedroom/1.5 Baths Condo ~ sleeps comfortably up to 6 Guests (king size bed/queen/twin bed and sofa sleeper) ~ Cozy Screened-in Lanai, Outdoor Patio ~ Condo features 2 Large Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and Streaming channels. Fully stocked with Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Cooler, Toys, and More ~ steps to the Pool, and a quick walk to the sugary Sand Beach!

Beach access is just steps away. You are only an 8-minute walk to Archibald Beach Park. This area offers a snack shack, public restrooms, chair and umbrella rentals. (Note - Beach gear is provided in the unit along with a wagon for easy transport)

You are also in walking distance to roof top lounges, 5-Star Restaurants, Ice Cream shops, Famous Bars, daily Live Music, plenty of Shopping, CVS, Winn-Dixie for all your grocery needs. (Note - A cart is provided in the unit to transport your groceries)

Guests have full access to all Property Amenities including Pools. Across the parking lot guests also have access to the Madeira Beach Rec Center.
