Boca Vista Condo - Madeira Beach

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einem schönen, gepflegten Komplex am Wasser. Zwei Blocks vom Strand entfernt mit Supermärkten, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielem mehr zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Komplex verfügt über einen beheizten Pool, einen Wellnessbereich, einen Tennisplatz und ein Clubhaus mit Gasgrill. Diese möblierte Wohnung ist geräumig mit einem offenen Grundriss und verfügt über eine neue Schlafcouch und Holzmöbel sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer. Die geräumige Küche wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine große Anrichte, viele Schränke und eine Snackbar. Der Balkon ist einer der größten im Komplex und bietet Blick auf den Poolbereich, die Docks und das Intracoastal-Wasser.

Das Boca Vista Condos liegt im Herzen von Madeira Beach und ist Teil einer kleinen Inselgemeinde entlang der zentralen Golfküste Floridas. Das Boca Vista liegt in der Nähe des berühmten Johns Pass Village und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Komplett eingerichtet mit großen Balkonen mit toller Aussicht.

Condo property still recovering from the hurricane. Weather was great but we had no heated pool. Upgraded kitchen looked beautiful and the inside parking was an unexpected plus. Definitely returning next year.

It is with pleasure we can say we truly loved staying here. The condo was perfect for our needs and there was even a beach stroller available to load . We would without doubt go again in a heartbeat. When you leave the comfort of your home and try somewhere new it is a delight to find a new home. Treat it as yours so it will be available for others to share.

Good location close to the beach 🏖

Great property. Could be cleaned better, the balcony / patio was not cleaned at all. The other owner/ renters were very nice. Pool was heated and perfect along with the hot tub. Grounds around pool were nicely landscaped and kept up , but all walkways to the rental , except the lobby which was clean, were not kept up in my opinion. But over all a great place. And the owner was very nice and got right back to me with anything I needed or wanted to know.

We had a wonderful stay. Property is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and pretty much anything else one would want. The condo owner was very responsive and helpful. Condo is well stocked and everything is in good condition. The balcony is huge with plenty of seating options and is a great place to hang out.

Extended Stay

We loved our stay at Boca Vista Condominiums. Perfect location allows for a very short walk to the beach and still away from the crowded and noisy areas. Beautiful pool and hot tub were always clean and well maintained. If there was ever an issue they were handled right away. Rick, the condo owner, was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The Condo was well stocked with everything we ever needed. The balcony is very large with a covered area with a table and chairs and also a large uncovered area with loungers for sunning.. Great views of the pool and hot tub from this unit. Boca Vista also has a nice clubhouse with a large kitchen for parties, workout equipment and restrooms to use next to the pool area. Plenty of reserved off-street parking for guests. We will always try and choose this property when we return to the Clearwater / Madeira Beach area..

This property was exactly as represented. We loved the location. The walk to the beach was very short. There were several great eating and drinking establishments in the area and all necessities such as groceries and drug store items were within walking distance. The residents at the property were friendly and the pool was very nice. The grounds are well kept and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

THE home away from home!

This property was one of the best that I have ever visited in the Madeira Beach area! The condo itself has plenty of room, is nicely decorated, and fully stocked with everything you need during your stay. The complex itself is quiet and is the pool area is a great place to relax and unwind. There are two elevators which is very convenient. Rick, the owner, was extremely helpful during my stay. The beach is a short walk away and the area restaurants are excellent. I cannot recommend this unit enough!

All rooms were plenty big, including the kitchen. Even the balcony was big. The pool and clubhouse area is very pretty. Only a ten-minute walk to the beach and shops on Madeira Way. It had all amenities we needed.

A hidden gem!

Boca Vista is quite the place to unwind. One block off of busy Gulf Blvd. and the BEACHES! Tucked into a little alcove, you'd never know it was here! We had an enormous balcony with views just as shown in pictures, only better! The condo itself is very large, with a master suite I wish I could have at home! So private from rest of condo, with never ending closet space, and all rooms are so spacious! Although we did not cook very much, the kitchen has every thing needed to do so. It too, is large, light, and bright! But, there are so many restaurants, so close by, I think we tried most of them! We had WIFI, which my grandson loved. I am a senior so I loved the security of the building! The pool area is beautiful, and pool is way larger than it appears. Lots of chairs/tables/umbrellas/chaise lounges! There is a club house with some good books, and, there are rest rooms here, so you need not go back to your unit! All of the areas are kept meticulously manicured and cleaned! I cannot tell you how peaceful and quiet this place is! Activities, such as the beach, putt-putt golf, arcades, ice cream shops, gift shopping,,,even antiques, are right within walking didtance! In a matter of 3 minutes, there is a Publix grocery store, along with Walgreen's, Macdonald's, Slyce Pizza (which you must try) and going the other way, you have Winn Dixie grocers, with a CVS, and restaurants by the dozens! I have vacationed with the VRBO family in the past, this is so easy! This time around, I had the pleasure of speaking directly with the owner,,,Mr. Rick Hancks,,,such a kind man, and so very helpful. Hopefully, we will be able to return to this condo, as I love it so much! If you are planning a trip to this area, don't let this pass you by,,,it was a whole month of pleasure!

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

Our trip to Madeira Beach was great! The beach, sun, and food were all excellent but the condo made this trip wonderful. It was very clean and we felt right at home. Everything that you could need was provided - kitchen essentials, linens, beach towels and beach chairs. The balcony is spacious and it overlooks the pool area and the boat docks. The pool was a great retreat when we had a very windy day and didn't go to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach, grocery store, CVS and several restaurants. When we wanted to explore a little further from the condo we hopped on the trolley, as the trolley stop is just a couple blocks away. It is a convenient means of transportation. We rode it to the Jazz Fest in Clearwater and to several restaurants. Also one of the nicest things about the condo and its location is that we felt perfectly safe! You can't miss with this one. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Seadog's June Delight

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week in Madeira Beach with another couple. This condo was PERFECT for our stay. We walked to the gulf beach in the mornings and relaxed by the condo pool in the afternoons. There are grocery stores near by so we picked up food for our breakfast and lunch meals to eat at the condo and then enjoyed eating out for dinner. This condo was lovely and clean. We felt very much at home. It was also handy having a washer and dryer in the kitchen (especially to dry our beach towels!). The deck over looking the nicely landscaped pool was also a plus as was the quietness of this condominium unit. We hope to come back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay this past winter at Boca Vista. Rick (owner) was very attentive to our needs. The condo was very spacious and ideally located with a walk to the beach only 1.5 blocks away. There are plenty of sightseeing activities to do in this area. The pool and hot tub were ideal to use during those jan and feb days when temps dipped into 60's making the beach a little too chilly to enjoy. We even took advantage of the exercise equipment and tennis court during our stay. The only negative was the loud noise caused by drilling to remove rebar on the concrete walkways with the goal of covering the concrete with attractive tile. I understand all construction activity has been completed. We look forward to staying at this location in the future.
