We're EXCITED to offer Ralphie's Christmas House in Chickasha OK! Chickasha's Festival of Light was voted in the Top Christmas Light displays in the Country by USA Today and most recently built the worlds tallest 50 foot Leg Lamp from "A Christmas Story" in Historic Downtown as a tribute to the inventor, Nolan James a Chickasha resident. Ralphie's House is located just 6 blocks from the Leg Lamp and a short 5 minute drive to the Festival of Light & USAO Campus. It only made sense to keep that Christmas Town USA spirit alive year round and do a Christmas themed property! The two story House was built in 1930 and fully remodeled in 2023-2024, everything is brand new. We are so excited to offer this very special place to anyone traveling to Chickasha anytime of year.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ We kindly ask that you treat our property with care and let us know of any concerns. Should any issue arise during your stay, we will respond promptly to resolve it!

✹ A credit card is required as a security deposit for all bookings at our property. After booking, you will receive a link to complete the deposit. A $300 hold will be placed 24 hours before your arrival and fully refunded upon departure provided house rules are followed and no damages occur.

✹ This property has a strict no cancellations policy and we do not offer refunds for any cancellations. We suggest guests purchase a 3rd party travel insurance policy to cover for any emergency cancellations.
