Condo is in a gorgeous location in a wonderful complex. Check-in was rough only because we were not aware that we needed to pre-pay for parking, and my phone was dead when we rolled in and they wouldn’t let us do anything until my phone recharged and we paid for parking. This was not the owner‘s fault, but just be aware that it will be much simpler to pre-pay parking then to try and pay there. Overall, great unit, and would definitely stay there again!

Great property!! Beautiful area and amenities

This condo was GREAT! We loved the whole property, the pools and location. We love the quieter area. The condo was wonderful! Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in, the property has bbq grills as well. Communication was excellent!

We had a wonderful time- the view was spectacular. We had some issues with the code on the keyless entry (due to a button not working). The property manager was responsive and got someone on site relatively quickly.

Enjoyed Our Time in the Gulf

We enjoyed our stay near Fort Morgan at Plantation Palms. This isn't a crazy-busy area (like Orange Beach can be). We received all of our check-in & check-out info through text messages. They were prompt to do so. The place could be cleaner. There was a lot of dust/dirt on the floor board trim and vents. The mattresses on the bunch beds and pull-out couch were also a little thin. Heads up..parking costs around 35 additional when you arrive.

Great stay but we did have a few issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, our stay was wonderful! With that being said, we did have a couple of issues! Upon arrival our door would not lock when we left the condo. We could lock it from inside the condo, but not outside. I did message the customer service number, never received a response, but by Wednesday it seemed yo be working again! The biggest issues was the balcony door! It was ridiculously hard to open. Once on the balcony, we could never get it to close all the way since there was nothing to grab onto from the outside! This hindered the time spent on the balcony since we did not want the air conditioner to freeze up! Again, i messaged customer service and they did send someone out for that issue. Maintenance had the same issue, we were told the owner of the condo would be contacted.

Nice property especially for the price. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Some things showed their age but that was adjusted in the price. I would rent this property again.

The condo needs some updated , comfortable furniture. It was clean , very quiet, AC worked great. Loved having the washer and dryer. Host team was fast ,responsive and very helpful. Beach access was great. Restaurants on property were a plus. I thought it was a good value.

Nice one bedroom condo. Host very responsive to any issues that came up. Excellent view from the deck. 2 bunk beds and room for air mattress too. We stayed as empty nesters and was perfect for us on size.
