My family enjoyed our stay here. It was very nice clean spacious and relaxing. We used the fireplace outside and made s'mores. We also enjoyed fishing down at the lake. I am recommending this property to my friends and family.

This was our second time staying here! We love the home and amazing view! The home was very clean, easy to find, pet friendly and comfortable! The game room was a plus for the grands and adults as well! We would definitely return in the future. Lina was great at communicating and making sure we had a great week!

Outstanding property! We had a men’s retreat for our church group. Communication with the host was 5 stars very detailed instructions prior to arrival and checking more than once during stay making sure everything was going well. Great location quiet area.

We really enjoyed our stay . The property owners were very responsive and great hosts. We really enjoyed our meals with a view on the screened porch and the dining table inside. Our kids enjoyed the games , toys and our morning and evening fires at the awesome outdoor fireplace.The UTV was great for getting back and forth from the house and dock. We enjoyed swimming , fishing and getting some sun down at the dock. Highly recommend!

Quiet family fishing trip

This place is wonderful for a small or large family. It was just me my wife and son which was perfect for the side by side that took us down to the water. The kids play room was awesome filled with games. Great dock for fishing. They have all the small little things you may have missed bringing from shampoo to q-tips. Gas grill and fire pit. The fire pit had to be a favorite for us to relax and do smores. They also have kayaks which would be a plus for warmer weather. I have no complaints. Also thank you for the cookies from Sherr’y Bakery in town.

Our stay

The house was a perfect fit for us. The grounds were very nice but the steepness of the walk down to the water would not be doable for seniors without the buggy. Which was supplied thank goodness! I would have been in trouble. The house was very clean but the porch and pier had spider webs everywhere. They supplied a lot of extras which was very kind. Even sent pastries from a local bakery on Saturday! It seemed they were new to rentals so there were a few things needed in the kitchen. Such as Tupperware. Owners were very kind also. The view, the lake and the pier were also wonderful! Couldn’t ask for more.

There are many kinds of wrappings to keep leftovers such as aluminum, seran wrap and even parchment paper, also great for baking; baking sheets also included in our fully stocked kitchen. We also provide ceramic and paper eating plates/utencils of all kinds as well as paper plates for those who don't want to do dishes. We even include plastic safe kids eating dining as well as kid specific fun paper plates in shapes of different animals faces 🙂. All kinds of cups glass and lake/boat friendly plastics are also included. Watever kind of dining adult or child you are we have you covered, just check out the pictures provided of my kitchen cupboards open to see all items included. Nespresso, Mr coffee, toaster and crock pot also included. Enjoy!

Don’t rent if you plan to dock a boat

Before booking we asked if we could bring one boat and dock at the boathouse. They reply was yes you can dock at the boathouse. We arrived Friday around 5 ,checked in and my brother in law docked his boat in the boathouse. They had two slips, one had the owners pontoon boat the other was vacant and we had asked to dock. At 10pm I received a rude call from the owner and said we had to get the boat out, we were only allowed to tie to the side of the boathouse. Nothing was communicated that we could only tie to the side prior to rental or in any rules. If you have ever rented on a holiday weekend when there are lots of boats and jet skis, the waves are pretty extreme. So who would want to tie a nice boat to the side of a boathouse so it can be damaged. And it rained all weekend, so it would have had to sit in the rain. The boat was removed from her lift the next morning . But anytime boat was used it had to be uncovered drive 10 minutes to a dock put the boat in, and take it out and cover it and pull it back to the rental house. Needles to say it was a stressful weekend and not what we had planned, since we rented with the intention of docking at the boathouse. Also told it was 100 a day to just tie to the boathouse. Beautiful house, great views, very clean house, grounds and outside furniture could use some TLC but otherwise the property was great. Also baking pans were garbage ready, flaking teflon pans that I would not use. Bring a baking dish and iron skillet!!!

-House Rules were broken; parked on grass, brought inside furniture outside. -Communication not there -All boat policys are clear in the listing and there is a defined spot to tie up as a boat lift needs specific measurements -Smoking on the grounds -Outside furniture is wiped down weekly for pollen -Garden grounds are also maintained weekly and professional
