Large groups will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the three spacious bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All three bedrooms are equipped with luxurious bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.

Bedroom 1 features King-sized bed.

Bedroom 2 features 2 bunk single sized beds.

Bedrooms 3 is also furnished with a bunk bed that has 1 single and 1 full size mattress.

If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has two full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

Bathroom 1 features vanities and a large walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 features a shower/tub combo, vanities and mirror.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for 6 plus 3 additional seats in the counter). Possible wear and tear might be seen in the property. Please provide us a chance to fix problems before thinking about cancelling the reservation.

The large living room area is decked out with a huge sofa and a 55” Smart TV. This is the perfect place to hang out as a group.

The backyard is a collection of vibrant spaces that allow guests to experience Miami like local residents. Cool off in the private Jacuzzi. We also have sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. The outdoor space is also equipped with a gas grill.

Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas. Guest might encounter other guests in the parking lot. Property is like a duplex and there are possible Guests on the other side of the house.

Free parking is available on the property for three vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more than three vehicles.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

The house is located in Miami, an upscale and safe city. A very lively area surrounded by green life of all sorts. Located close by beautiful beaches and near the Aventura mall the premier shopping destination in South Florida! Renowned for its luxury shopping and nightlife. Family friendly area with plenty of activities to do, such as restaurant, golfing entertainment and much more!

Large driveway for up to 3 cars to facilitate easy parking. The House is very close to I-95 for easy access throughout South Florida by car and close to the main bus depot for easy bus transportation.
