The house is great for large groups as it comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms and additional sleeping areas. All 6 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV so you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows from the comfort of your room.

Bedroom 1 features two comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and has a lovely view of the pool view & Smart-tv.

Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen-sized bed and a closet to unpack your belongings & Smart-tv.

Bedroom 3 is furnished with king-sized beds, has a lovely view of the pool area, and has an ensuite bathroom & Smart-tv.

Bedroom 4 also features two queen-sized beds facing the street & Smart-tv, and has an ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 5 is furnished with a queen sized bed, Smart TV, shared bathroom with bedroom 4

Bedroom 6 is furnished with two full sized bed, has a private bathroom with a modern bathtub, Smart-TV and a balcony with the pool view

If you have extra guests, the large sectional couch in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping area. There are also two air mattresses that can be set up to accommodate more people.

Each of the home’s 4 full bathrooms boasts luxurious showers, plush towels, and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Bathroom 1 is ensuite to Bedroom 3 and has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area and features a spacious vanity and a large walk-in shower. Bathroom 3 is conveniently located near the pool area and has a walk-in shower.

The house also now offers a newly built outdoor shower!

The modern kitchen has been recently upgraded and is fully equipped with all the essentials you’ll need to cook for a large group of family or friends. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is an indoor and outdoor dining table, with seating for ten and six, so you can choose between dining outside or indoors.

The open-concept living room is the perfect place to hang out as a large group. Sit back on the big couch and enjoy easy access to your favorite streaming networks on the 70” flat-screen smart TV. There’s even a popcorn machine if you feel like having an epic movie night during your stay. This area also has a pool table, a PacMan arcade game, and a large collection of fun board games to keep you busy during your stay.

It’s easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine during your stay thanks to the spacious outdoor areas. The private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers on the sand, and a large cooler to keep your beverages cold. There’s also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay.

Guests will have full access to the whole property, including the pool, ping pong table, full kitchen, and BBQ. We request that you please clean the BBQ well after use. If the BBQ is not cleaned, we will charge a $50 fee.

The home can sleep 16+ people, assuming two per bed. We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $50 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.


Free parking is available in the driveway for up to four vehicles.

Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $35 per night and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.

Please note that there is a ring camera covering the outside area of the property. They are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property.

-You might see leaves in the pool because the pool is open and there are trees around it. Please use pool skimmers to clean or contact us for assistance.

-Please rinse the plates first with water to clear out any food waste before placing them inside the dishwasher.

-Late checkout will be charged minimum of $50 per hour to maximum nightly rate.
