Fabulous accommodations!

This rental is fabulous and David goes above and beyond to make sure we had the best time while we were there. Location was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach and ball fields we needed to access. The house is adorable and super clean!

Amazing

The host David is an awesome person. He is there if you need him ASAP. The house was very nice. Clean and there was plenty of towels and blankets for everyone.. The TV had every app you can think of to watch movies while you rested from your day. It’s near the airports and the beaches. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK & USING THIS HOUSE EVERY TIME💯❤️.

Terrible location

Here for a week's stay, and there was no storage other than two nightstands. Hate living out of a suitcase! Owner provided no Kleenex, no soap. Worse part was the neighborhood. Right next to a family with a bunch of screaming ... no parental supervision. Plus they have a rooster or roosters who who start crowing at the first sight of dawn. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Unfortunately I am not in control of the household dynamics of the neighbors. However, your companion visited the unit and neighborhood in question before your stay, found it to be satisfactory and took photographs to send to you. Additionally, the listing was depicted accurately by the photos on this platform. Soap was provided in both the kitchen and the bathroom and Kleenex is not a listed amenity provided at this property.

Overall it was great. I would recommend and would probably stay again if I were to visit Miami in the future. My only reasons for not giving 5 stars- the couch in this picture is not in the house. The couch is alright but I was expecting this couch, instead there’s just a 3 seat leather couch which is still very nice but not as big. Second, we didn’t think the bed or pillows were very comfortable. Last, the kitchen could have been cleaner.

Great home away from home!

We chose this based on location, price, and amenities. It was important for us to have a nice kitchen, as we like to buy food and cook ourselves while on vacation instead of eating out every day. This probably had one of the most well equipped kitchens of all the different air bnb/ vrbo homes that we've stayed in. The location is decent, but it's a 30-40 minute drive to the Miami Beach area if that's your thing. The Haulover Park beach is just 10 minutes away though. The only thing we really didn't love was the bed. Super super firm. Took a few nights to get used to. Side sleepers beware. Also, the amenities listed laundry, but there was no washer/dryer on the premises.

Brian, Thank you for your review the property is 1 mile from the local beach and 9 miles from South Beach were centrally located to everything in the city allowing guest to experience a great stay at an affordable price. To address the washer and dryer there are commercial washer and dryer on property not once were we notified you needed access. My Healing Place

(The Stay) I was purposely looking for a place that would be comfortable, clean and quiet where I can heal peacefully after a surgery. I found just that and more. This location is perfect for healing, it had a "Home Sweet Home" feeling every time I got back to it. David is a true blessing. He went beyond the helping hand and accommodated me in anything that I needed. You can stay at a 5 star hotel, pay hundreds for a room and still NEVER receive this great of service. I can't find the words on how grateful I am. (Before The Stay) There was a hurricane trailing Miami and near this location. Though he did not have to, David kept me informed on the status of the storm as well as the location. I was at ease the entire time.

Two weeks in Florida warmth

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to be in South Florida in a location close to beaches and other activities at a price point within our budget. This property met those requirements. It was clean and well managed. We had our car and could easily get to beaches (Haulover in 10 minutes, Hollywood in 25), parks (walk to two; Oleta River State Park drive in 5), grocery stores (Super Target walk in five, Publix drive in three, Costco drive in 5), Aventura Mall drive 15, South Beach in 20, Wynwood in 25 and more. Drive times are longer during rush hour. We enjoyed the Food Truck Event every Tuesday at Haulover and the Kite Flying Exhibition. Haulover Beach is excellent and was never crowded even over the Presidents Day long weekend. We brought our own Roku stick and so enjoyed our regular TV as if at home. We rarely ate out and cooked in which reduced the cost for the two weeks stay. David was regularly present, lives just around the corner, and was very responsive to any concern. There were only two negatives and minor ones. The online photos included a shot of an outside table and chairs in a courtyard. This was not part of our unit but belonged to another; they are actually three rental units. The neighborhood was a bit off-putting at first since it is composed of manufactured housing. There are no sidewalks so walking in the neighborhood is not particularly inviting. However, we were there for two weeks and had no problems. The neighborhood is composed of families and was very quiet except for the local peacock who announced daybreak a couple of times.

Nice and cozy!

Since the moment I booked this reservation The Host reached out to me, asking me if there was anything I needed prior to my arrival, and kept in communication with me prior to the arrival. My stay was short, because i was in that area for a concert, I did not get to enjoy the place as much as I wanted to, but I can tell you it felt like home, Amenities are perfect for a short or long stay, the decoration was lovely and felt very “Miami Beachy”, they have two rollaway beds in case you have any extra guest staying there, things in case you decide to go to the beach, Definately recommend it!

Excellent Stay at Miami Beach HomeStay

Location was excellent. Host, David, was so helpful and friendly. He made sure we were accommodated and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend the location to others.

NMB Stay

David was very helpful and attentive. While small, the unit was comfortable. We do, however, prefer a softer mattress. Very happy with the rental.
