Both bedrooms have queen beds, with down or quilt comforter, plenty of dresser drawer space, and ample, curtain covered closets.


Living room has two upholstered chairs and loveseat. 1950’s coffee table and reading lamp. Big window looks out to native landscape and the Catalina mountains. A glass top table / computer workstation provides a pleasant work area. A Samsung smart TV and hand painted dining table painted in bright colors complete the room.

Cute Kitchen in open floor plan living room kitchen combo has dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, electric range for your ease of cooking. We also provide dinnerware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, small appliances including a microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, baking pans, Pyrex storage containers and useful gadgets.

Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full sized washer Outside the backdoor is a large dryer. You will have plenty of hot water too!

Outside there are two patio chairs beside the Buddha, loungers in the carport. Out back in the enclosed yard we have a ping pong table and swing to relax on.

We love loving pets, so we make our property available to the same. You are responsible for cleaning up your dog’s messes in the yard.

We do our best to keep our home clean and comfortable and do not allow cigarettes/cigars anywhere. The backyard or by the carport it is ok to vape or 420 if you make sure to have the doors/windows closed and dispose of properly.

As energy conscious people, we have a 8KW, 22 panel, solar array on the roof to help offset the home's energy use. Water is a precious commodity in the desert. We hope you will conserve your usage.


The neighborhood is pleasant, near the river walk for riding bikes, running or a nice morning stroll to start your day or a sunset walk to end your day.
