If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It`s $500 per pet per stay to bring them along.
The base rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to people age 2 and up. The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.

We may be able to host events depending on the type of event, number of people and number of cars. Check with the host for details. The typical cost is $30 per person and must be approved by host.

No smoking inside the house or garage. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine.

Other general rules:

1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 10:00 pm.
4. Any outside amplified music must be preapproved by host.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows.
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.
12. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
