The space

This immaculate brand new home and resort-like property in the heart of Sonoma wine country offers you and your family or friends the ultimate vacation experience. Sleeping 8 guests comfortably, the home features two master bedrooms, both of which are ensuite, and all four bedrooms are on the ground floor and equipped with king sized beds and luxurious linens.

The open concept design welcomes you into a spacious living room complete with smart tv, fireplace, and comfy sofa, and is open to the large dining room and gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Thermador range, and large island perfect for gathering with friends. A centerpiece is the breathtaking 9-foot tall glass wall that glides to an 8 foot-wide opening onto the covered patio with views of the sparkling pool and hot tub, emerald green lawn, and pastoral beauty beyond. The patio features resort-style chaises, tables, and a fire pit, as well as a world class grill for outdoor cooking. The pool features an 11-foot baja shelf, perfect for the guest who wants to lounge in the sun while enjoying the shallow water, and a large 8-person jacuzzi.

Upstairs is a large media room with smart tv, bumper pool table, games, and deep cushioned couch perfect for watching a movie after dinner or enjoying a game on Sunday. The upper floor's museum-inspired half bath is an extra convenience and luxury for guests.

As our valued guest, you'll enjoy exclusive and private access to the entire home and backyard, from the comfortable bedrooms to the large, open living spaces, the pool and lawn, and everything in between.

Our home has a maximum capacity of 8 guests, all of whom must be registered and must sign pool waivers before arrival.

No unregistered guests may be present on the property unless written prior approval is received.

We are a pet free home.

Please also note *** 9PM Quiet Hours; this is a Sonoma County county-wide rule for all vacation rentals and is strictly enforced by the county. No amplified music is allowed at any time, and no outdoor noise is permitted after 9PM.

The heated jacuzzi is available year-round with our compliments.

The pool is heated throughout the summer, and can be heated May and October upon request for an additional fee.
