➝ Pet Friendly - 2 dogs under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee) - sorry no cats

➝ 10 minutes to UNMC + UNO + Blackstone + Aksarben
➝ 15 minutes to the Zoo + Downtown + CHI Center

NOTE: Due to road work the streets are closed, you may need to park three blocks away from the property. Thanks for your understanding!

Please note: As part of our standard process, guests are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement upon booking. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. For safety, there are cameras installed at the backyard.
