Orlando and its famous theme parks are 90 miles away if you are planning a day trip.

This air-conditioned home away from home features a private backyard that is all about outdoor entertainment and relaxation. Explore a private dock and four adult kayaks with life jackets, allowing you to experience the canal waters from another point of view. Gather around the wood-burning firepit to roast s'mores and share fun stories. A gas grill is available if you feel like treating your guests to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs. Last, but definitely not least, the screened porch overlooking the canal offers a fantastic spot to unwind with a comfy hammock and seating area.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are three active cameras. One Ring doorbell camera. one camera on the roof facing the backyard, and one over the patio.

Dock details: It will accommodate a 23ft standard fishing boat or pontoon.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
