Welcome to River's Edge Retreat! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath PLUS bungalow with living, bar and half bath and outdoor shower is the perfect place to vacation while in Florida's Nature Coast! Located on Little Piney Bay, the only natural canal in Homosassa, this home is the place to bring your family, friends and your boats! Large dock with room for two boats. Larger docking area can accommodate up to a 40' boat and the floating dock can accommodate up to a 25' boat. The dock is a fishermen's dream with rod holders, fish cleaning station, lots of hoses for rinsing and shore power available. There is a large yard for the kids to play with a swing and 4 Adirondack chairs on the large dock for relaxing by the water and 4 Adirondack chairs by the wood burning firepit. A newly added "boathouse" rounds out the this backyard dream! The boathouse has club chairs, a smart tv, bar area, half bath and outdoor shower! There are two kayaks with vests and whistles to enjoy on your stay. When you aren't outside enjoying the view, the inside of the home offers just as many comforts. The primary and guest bedroom have en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands and dresser. The connecting bathroom has a dual sink vanity and shower with LED rain showerhead. The second suite has a king size bed and twin bunk beds and two night stands. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have luggage racks to make your stay more comfortable. There is a small bunk room with a triple bunk bed. there is a full bathroom in the front of the home for guests to use. There is a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Starter laundry supplies are included. The dining room table seats 6 with three additional seats at the kitchen island. There is also a coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker. Starter supplies of coffee, creamer and sugar are there so you can relax right away! We also have games for the whole family! The kitchen is open to the rest of the house. The kitchen is stocked and ready for some entertaining! There is a blender, toaster, griddle and airfryer! The appliances are new. The stove is electric smooth surface and the microwave has convection. We have supplied ceramic as well as plastic dishes and drinkware. In the kitchen you will find a portable Sonos speaker. The family room may be one of our favorite places to spend time. The large sectional sofa is just the place to relax and reminisce on your day! The large ottoman is great for resting your feet, or you can tuck it against the couch and have a large area for chilling and watching movies. The 75" smart tv with Govee lighting is perfect for movie nights. The lighting will match the lighting on the tv, creating an awesome movie watching experience. The outside patio has a sectional sofa with propane fire pit. There is also a 6 person outdoor dining set. Spend time with friends and family while also admiring the view! The view is the BEST part of this home. The home sits on a large "canal". We are just one home away from Homosassa River, making it easy access to the Gulf of Mexico or Homosassa Springs. We are close to the end of the no wake zone, making the Gulf access much quicker. Whether you want a weekend alone, some family time or get away with your friends...Old Homosassa is the place to be!
