The second floor features a primary suite and a junior suite, each with its own full attached bathroom. The primary suite boasts a smart TV and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Town of Bethany Beach. Additional perks include a gas grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, EV charger, Ping-Pong table, cornhole, EV charger, an XBox, and high-speed WiFi.

This elevated home offers a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. The charming beach town of Bethany Beach offers a variety of activities for visitors to enjoy, including Bethany Beach (known for its beautiful sandy shores), Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Fenwick Island State Park, Delaware Seashore State Park (fishing, hiking, and birdwatching), Bethany Beach Nature Center, shopping, paddleboarding, kayaking, and golfing (Bear Trap Dunes or Salt Pond Golf Club).

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
