Master Bedroom suite has balcony access, a King bed, and an attached Master bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and hallway bath. Full kitchen has all the amenities needed to make a home cooked meal featuring beautiful wood cabinets and granite counters. Comfortable dining and living area. Balcony has expansive views of Casa Blanca Golf Villas Resort & the Sea of Cortez.

Parking is free for guests. Guest have free access to Casa Blanca Golf Villas 3 pools and 18 hole putter golf course and beach.

Guest wrist bands available at the gate. Smart Lock condo check in. Resort staff is available to answer resort property questions. A host is always available to answer other questions you may have, simply send a message through AirBNB.

Casa Blanca is located in Sandy Beach toward the west end of Rocky Point. There are nearby bars, restaurants, access to ATV's, Jet Skis, Horseback riding, Ultra Lites and many other fun activities.

Coming south from Sonoyta, Puerto Peñasco is located 62 miles from the Lukeville, AZ border. As you come into town veer right before the bridge and turn at the first street. Go approximately 3 miles to a cross street (MX Hwy 3) and turn left. Go about 1.5 miles and enter the round about at the Pemex gas station and take the first street to the right. At the next round about take the first street to the right as well. Casa Blanca Golf Villas is the first resort on the left and is all white. When entering, you will stop at security and give them the names of all people in you party as well is the condo number you are staying.. They will direct you to the parking area closest to the building you are staying. All wristbands for your party will be on the kitchen counter. Please be sure everyone wears their wristband throughout your stay.

Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.
Casa Blanca is a resort privately owned by the HOA members, not a hotel. It is important to respect other guests, staff and owners of the resort. If for any reason security deems it necessary to remove you from the property for breaking the rules and regulations of the resort not refund will be given. Note: In our long time as managers this has only happened once. Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.
