Summary:
This popular vacation condo has an excellent view of the ocean, and of the gorgeous resort grounds. The resort has 4 swimming pools, swim up bar, restaurants, beautiful walking paths, beach volleyball, putting greens, and community BBQ grills. The resort is located smack in the middle of the most popular tourist area in the entire town called "Sandy Beach" with many restaurants, nightclubs and shops within walking distance.

The Space:
The balcony is everyones favorite part of the condo for enjoying views, and ocean breezes! This condo has a nice big kitchen and open space to the dining room and living room. Comfortable seating for all the guests, and a nice TV area. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable, sparkling clean and have nice window coverings. The condo has 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room.

Room over looks the beach and looks just like the pictures. Very close to the beach and the restaurant up the street is fun! I would definitely recommend staying here

This place is in a perfect location and is pet friendly. The unit is clean, well-stocked and the view from the balcony is awesome. The host was very responsive and the check in process was a breeze. Perfect spot for a Puerto Penasco vacation.

Great place with great view.

This was a very nice setup and we really enjoyed the grounds and pools. There was also a very nice restaurant on site that even our picky kids loved. The condo was very nice and clean inside. We had a spectacular view and it is a very short walk to get to the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Property was as described. The ocean view was beautiful as was the condo and adjacent property. Far enough away from the restaurants but close enough to be very convenient. Condo was perfect for one or two couples. We had two couples and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Loved It So Much We'll Be Back

The property was by far the best place we've stayed at in Puerto Peñasco so far. The price was in our range and we got a lot more compared to other nearby properties. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The proximity to the beach was a short 5 minute walk. We pretty much had 1 of the 3 pools to ourselves every time we went. The plus is that our family pup was able to stay with us.

Awesome Place

The condo was amazing with gorgeous views. It actually much bigger than the photos. It's easy to find, safe and the restaurant La Joya was delicious! It was quiet and cute. The dogs were happy. The patio had a whole view of the ocean, the skyline and the desert storm. It's a walk to the beach and it has not beach side property. So you have to take your own umbrella, chairs, etc. to the beach. Also the beach is very crowded and not very dog friendly.

View from condo was amazing! Enjoyed sitting out in the balcony with the amazing view of ocean or laying in bed from master bedroom or living sofa. Property was away from the craziness of spring break, quiet area. Not sure if it was just off season, but no water in the ponds or streams. Only 1 of 3 pools was semi heated. Would have loved to enjoy the infinity pool and swim up bar, but water too cold. All staff we encountered was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful place

The apartment is well maintained but they need to change the mattresses on the bed and change the shower in the bathroom and wash the towels and sheets well. They were not very clean. Otherwise, everything was very good. Good view and beautiful place.
