There is a gas fireplace as well as window seats, oak flooring, new chef’s kitchen, a separate charming bunkhouse, an extra large primary bedroom with walk in closet.
The bathroom features a 200 year old English pine hutch as well as a luxurious 4 outlet shower.

Every room is graced with a private patio. The primary patio features a beautiful gas firepit, hand forged by an artist ironsmith. The garden was designed by Denise Montgomery one of Montecito’s most gifted landscape architects. She spent many months turning a challenging, neglected lot into a show stopping garden. The front yard features a lovely butterfly garden with a central fountain, an 80 foot draping, Chinese Elm and a large, covered patio for dining and lounging.

The back of the property has multiple stone walled terraces and a massive stone stairway that guides you to the top of the extra deep lot where you’ll find a 20 ft long, wisteria draped gazebo where you’ll watch the sun set over the Los Olivos oak studded hills.
