As you enter the chalet, you`ll be greeted by a cozy farm house style kitchen open on an expansive open living room with a cathedral roof and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the lake and trees. Start your day with a delicious breakfast on the terrace, and then head back inside to enjoy the warm and cozy atmosphere in the modern kitchen and comfortable couches.

After a full day on the hiking trails, stir the soul with a night-time catch-up in front of the lake, savouring cocktails or cook some barbecue on the terrace. What best than a relaxing time in the hot tub in a cozy athmosphere before playing a game of billiards to finish the day. Your villa includes Internet hi speed and a Smart TV. You will surely feel right at home, but with the luxury of a hotel.

The chalet has four bedrooms that can accommodate families or groups of up to 12 guests. Two elegant bedrooms with easy access to bathrooms boast a chic and cozy look, while the two other double bedrooms are perfect for children and adults alike. Everyone will love the comfortable queen-size bunkbeds and the soothing sounds of the mountain as a soundtrack to their dreams.

On the lakeside deck, an exquisite setting adorned with beckoning lounge chairs and an intimate table – the perfect stage for a romantic breakfast.

Mont-Tremblant is about 15 mins drive and is a year-round outdoor paradise, with activities such as hiking, climbing, boating, tennis, tree adventures, spas and airplane tours in the summer and skiing, snowboarding, SnowTubbing, Horse ridding and snowshoeing in the winter. The charming village of Mont-Tremblant is just a short drive away, with plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Le Chalet du Lac Rougeaud is easily accessible from the Autoroute 115E and Route 117, and is just 90 minutes from the Greater Montreal area.

For guests please be informed that the internet network is supported by local fibre, and the speed may change due to bad weather or wind. Usually, the internet speed is around 150 Mbps and 40 ping. Also, the property has exterior video cameras to ensure the security of the land and noise detectors that prevent loud noises and unauthorized parties.

It`s important for us to respect our neighbors, so please note that loud noise and parties are not allowed in the chalet.
Any abuse will be reported, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

RENTAL RULES.
The guest agrees to abide by the following rental rules at all times during the Guest`s stay at the property

GENERAL RULES:
-NO PARTY ALLOWED
-NO LOUD SOUND/NOISE/MUSIQUE CLOSE TO THE LAKE AND OUTSIDE
-The chalet is a quiet and zen place, NO MUSIC allowed outside of the house.
Musique inside must stay low and not be heard outside.
-Please make sure to stay calm and to not scream outside.
-STRICT PROHIBITION ON LAUNCHING FIRECRACKERS OR FIREWORKS ON THE PROPERTY
-NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 10 PM INSIDE
-NO SCREAMING BY THE LAKE
-NO SMOKING INSIDE/ NO VAP

-ANIMALS:
-are tolerated under certain conditions:
-Animals are not allowed on the couch or beds
-make sure to not let any organic things outside
-Extra cleaning fees may occur

HOUSE RULES
-Confetti are not Allowed in the house
-Dont move the furnitures
-Make sure to not use the towels as cleansing milk
-Fees may occur if we need to replace the towels or the bedding after the stay.
--Please careful to not put hot object on surface like wood or the conter top of the kitchen or directly on the tables. it will let some really horrible marks that won’t leave.
-Make sure the BBq gaz is always turn off after use
-Dont put anything else than toilet papers in the toilet, the plumer will be charged to the guest if an intervention is needed because of the guest none normal use of the toilet.

HOT TUB
- Put the temperature at 98 degree after use
-Close the HotTub after use
-Don’t bring food or glass inside or around the hottub
-Extra cleaning fees may occur if we need to change the water after the guest departure.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
-please but back the chalet in order before you leave
-Empty the dishwasher
-dont let food in the house
-leave the beds as is
-Gather the towels in the downstairs bathroom
-leave the kitchen island empty
-make sure to put in the bins all the trashes
-Donc leave trash bag on the road. Make sure that everything are in the right compartiments. In case where the bins are full please contact us and we will tell you what to do with extra the trash.
-Lock up : Make sure all the bay windows and windows are closed and lock the door and launch the alarm id there is one.
-Extra cleaning fees may be charged if the house is let in a bad condition
