Other Things to Note:

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the lockbox at the front door.

✹ Guests are required to complete a pre-registration process at least 72 hours before arrival. Failure to do so will result in a $35 late registration fee. Last-minute reservations, made less than 72 hours in advance, will incur the same $35 fee.

✹ Minimum age to rent: 25 years old.

✹ Check-in time is after 4PM and check-out is before 10AM.

✹ Renters are required to provide a list of all guests and to check-in at the Locust Lake Village office upon arrival.

✹ Guests must follow community rules, which include no parties, respecting noise ordinances, and adhering to all posted speed limits and rules. Any noise or speeding violations are the responsibility of the renters.
