Our home is always professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each guest's arrival with particular concerns to overall cleanliness and comfort. While we do not have control over what goes on outside of our unit which a non smoking unit, we have reported the issue to the appropriate building team that handles such issues concerning common areas. Also we would have gladly responded and promptly resolve your other concerns such as the toilet ,wifi,etc if it was reported to us during your stay . We always encourage our guests to report all issues of concern during their stay so that we can respond promptly and resolve it in real time to ensure the our guest comfort which is our topmost priority.
