Rahul, Our office is located centrally to the resort - if you are coming into the area, it almost adds no time to come by the office to pick up or return the keys. It is stated in all the booking information about key p[ick up and return, it's not hidden! Also, trash sites up to the resort's discretion. We have no control of where they keep the dumpsters, however we have trash dumpsters here behind the office guests may use to correctly dispose of their trash as well. Thank you! The M.V. Team

Cathy, Thank you for this review! We have previously been in communication about the bugs on the window seal and underneath of the beds. The cleaner has that task on her list for this week, and maintenance has been requested to visit the property for the window seals as they are the only ones who can safely reach that location! The no towel policy is a blanket policy for all 12 properties we manage for homeowners. We used to provide them, but they were notoriously misused, taken, had to be replaced, etc, and in the end it was decided it was best to move away from them all together. Gloria, Thank you for this review! Manager's rotate weekends so Charity was not who you would have been in touch with, but regardless, we have moved all 12 of our rental properties to SELF check in and out for our guests! Hopefully that will alleviate any issues with finding the rental office :) Two rolls are left in the welcome basket as a starter supply, but it is listed clearly that if more is needed, it is up to the guest to purchase. Brenda, Thank you for this overall very lovely review! We are glad you all enjoyed your time in :) A few things in response: 1. We used to offer bath towels, but between them going missing, being destroyed, being used for bodily fluids, and guest complaints, we eliminated them, and there are notes regarding guests needing to bring their own. 2. The kitchen has been restocked with hand towels and dish soap. Again, we do provide these, but things go missing! 3. A new lamp has been ordered for extra lighting 4. We are not a hotel so no, guests are indeed required to bring their own bathroom essentials. 5. We actually agree with you on the check in process! :) we are making moves to go to have check in directly at the property, but this will not come until sometime after the new year. 6. Trash removal from the home is a requirement for all, if not a large majority, of the vacation homes on the resort. There is a simply not an efficient way to have someone come in and remove other peoples' trash. Thank you! Best, The M.V. Team

Thank you for the review, Tiffany! It does look like you contacted our office once regarding the lady bugs and oven. Unfortunately, no one was able to get to the home prior to your departure to treat for the lady bugs, that is why they could not be dealt with earlier. It was done afterward, and no issues since. We do apologize if you felt like you were being called untruthful. It is noted that the damage deposit begins to be refunded two weeks after a departure. Best, The MV Team

Peter, Thank you for this thoughtful, inclusive review! We could speak to the homeowner about putting up curtains in the living room, but it is the true selling point of the home and he probably does not want that diminished! So glad you did not have any cleaning or maintenance issues and found the property comfortable and well stocked. We are actually moving to self check in at all of our properties after our slow season begins this upcoming March of 2023. As we manage 12 different properties, it is a bit of a process!
