Unser Haus ist geräumig, sauber, komfortabel und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Lake George und der Innenstadt von Bolton Landing entfernt. Kürzlich haben wir eine Außendusche und eine Terrasse hinzugefügt. In der Nähe des Geschehens gelegen; Angeln, Wandern, Jagen, Pferderennen, Golfen oder einfach nur Entspannen und Genießen, was die Lake George Region zu bieten hat. Wir bieten alle hochwertigen Bettwäsche (Handtücher und Bettwäsche) sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Bad. Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen in jeder Jahreszeit Herbst, Winter, Frühling und Sommer!

Sie können auf der abgeschirmten Veranda frühstücken oder den Block hinunter zum örtlichen "Country Diner" gehen. Dies ist der perfekte Ort für einen familienfreundlichen Urlaub. Wir befinden uns in fußläufiger Entfernung zu allen Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften, Antiquitätengeschäften, Stränden, Bootsverleih aller Art und sogar Happy Jacks (Ihre Kinder werden Sie dafür lieben). Das Sagamore Resort liegt weniger als 800 m entfernt und der Golfplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir befinden uns am Fuße eines Berges und bieten Ihnen einen großen Garten, eine Feuerstelle und einen Grill. We all had a great time staying here Aug 13-17. Loved the close location to "downtown" restaurants - we mostly walked there. The house is old but rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking family meals, and outdoor Weber grill works great. Fire pit at night. We would book this home again.

Location was ideal - loved being able to walk to many different restaurants. Happy that we chose Bolton Landing instead of Lake George Village because it wasn’t as busy but not too far away that we didn’t go there too.

Beautiful house walking distance to anything and everything Bolton Landing! It doesn’t feel like a VRBO, but in the best way. You can tell people actually live and love the house and we felt right at home. Easy communication with the Bobbi Jo and the most perfect screened in porch for nighttime hangs. We even had some storms come through that was a dream to sit out on the porch. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a great spot near everything!

Perfect for our needs. Clean, well located, a joy to return to after a day spent hiking. Truly a retreat, one where just sitting on the spacious porches gave a welcomed rest. Close to town and the opportunity to enjoy fine food ( the pizza at Cates...wonderful and a lunch on the veranda of The Sangamore Resort splendid.)

The house fit our family of 8 very comfortably. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms were clean and the beds allowed for restful sleep. We were celebrating a birthday weekend and were happy to find that the kitchen offered everything we needed to enjoy the food that we brought with us. The location to shops and restaurants was a nice quick walk. This was our first time to Lake George and Bolton. We would definitely love to stay at this lovely home again. Bobbi Jo was very fast to communicate and answer any questions we had. We were also able to enjoy a later check out on Sunday which was very much appreciated. We highly recommend this home in Bolton.

Quaint house in town. Plenty of space for my family. We were able to walk to many places in town. Favorite part of the house was the screened in porch. It was so nice to sit out there having a cup of tea and reading. Nice place to stay.

Birthday Getaway

We rented this home for a quiet, relaxing birthday celebration. Dealing with BobbieJo was simply wonderful! She always had a quick response and was willing to help in every way to make our getaway possible! The home was spacious, very clean and close to town. We walked to breakfast, walked to shop and just a short drive to lake George village. Dealing with this owner was a delight and would recommend others to do the same!

Rundown property

The pros are location and responsive manager. The cons are that there is poor value for the price. The house is old and rundown. The bed on the first floor has the worst mattress ever. The kitchen is dilapidated. The entire home needs a major renovation and it is clear the owner has not put any money into it in a long time. Would not stay here again.

We have never had any complaints about the beds We actually get just the opposite. As for the kitchen we just added new appliances and gave the cabinets an uplift to keep with the character of the house which was built in the early 1900s. This couple clearly expected to be staying in an upscale hotel and not a rental home. They complained about burnt out light bulbs at 730pm and expected someone to be able to come immediately and replace them. We had sent some over late the next morning. Please read our other reviews to know that the complaints this couple has are not true. And if you are considering renting to this couple don’t!

Perfect vacation spot!

We loved our stay at this great lake home! It's just a short two blocks to the town of Bolton Landing, which made it easy to walk into town for shopping and dining (and ice cream!) We took a walk to the Sagamore hotel every morning, which is a beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The house is older, but very cozy and well kept. I was kind of dreading the idea of one bathroom, as I was vacationing with my husband and our three teen daughters, but surprisingly, it was never a problem. The house has some great amenities, like a fire pit (bring your s'mores stuff!), plenty of beach chairs, a beach cart, and a grill that we used nearly every day. We also really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch - both the screened in porch and the small one with the Adirondack chairs. While you don't see the lake from the house, the view is very nice, and the lake is just a few blocks away. Lastly, I reached out to the owner a few times during our stay with some questions, and she always responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this great spot!

Fun Trip

This a rustic, older home with some updates and additions. The house has a cabin/Adirondack camp feel to it. It has everything you need for a quality visit. It has lots of space and it’s a very quick walk to town. The teenage kids enjoyed the freedom of walking through town, going out for breakfast/ice cream, and visiting the beaches. There are numerous places to eat and drink in town. There isn’t a ton of privacy at the house since there are apartments and another home directly behind the house (the driveway and garbage bins are shared). This wasn’t a big deal for us because we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house. There are a lot of activities to do in this area of the ADKs.

Perfect Family House!

My husband, parents, and brother all stayed here for a week and this house was perfect for 5 adults - plenty of space to spend time together but also room to be alone when family time got too much haha the house was clean and had plenty of gadgets in the kitchen for us to cook a few meals plus games for after dinner! Perfect location to walk to Bolton’s Landing and explore downtown plus a short drive to Lake George Village and to the water and hiking.

Wonderful property, great location!

This property is hard to beat in terms of location, size, and value. Overall everyone was very comfortable, has a nice, big grill for cooking, and a nice TV and Wii for less than perfect weather days. The owner was also super responsive in case anything came up. Overall, great stay and great value.

The house was amazing. Very very clean and beautiful. The heat was a little weird. Would have been nice to know that the upstairs bedrooms with the exception of the master, did not have heat. A Keurig coffee pot would also be nice. But the house was so well maintained.

This place is a gem

We had such a great time in this house. The living spaces are so comfortable and welcoming. My family really enjoyed themselves, eating, talking, and watching movies, and when we needed to be alone, the house was big enough for people to go off and do their own thing. Also our hosts were so helpful and easy going. This place is a gem.

We are a family of five and live in CT. Owning a 2nd home and renting it was a bucket list item of ours and we are excited to share our new home with you. Like most families, we are busy keeping up with the kids and all their activities. We like to play hard and the Lake George area is just the place to keep them busy but also get away from the hustle and bustle of life and just unwind. No matter what you like you to do you will find it all within a reasonable distance.
