One of the best beachfront places I have gotten to stay. Awesome place, gorgeous ocean views and right on the ocean. No hassle for beach days. Included everything you would want for a beach day and the convenience of having a restaurant in the building that delivered wasn’t even expected but a great cherry on top. A close uber to all of the fun Hollywood beach crosswalk has to offer but far enough away to have a quite relaxing beach vacation. The only thing I will note is that the 30 key fob isn’t a refundable fee and we had to get 2 because we had a group of 4 but only ever used the 1 so they paid that for no reason. But either way overall an amazing super spacious place. We had 4 adults and it never felt crampt at all.

Construction going on right outside the apartment. We couldn’t open the windows because the construction workers were there on the balcony hammering and drilling. They were able to look in so we had to close the curtains the entire time. Terribly loud. We were informed on initial email that there was “construction in the area”. Second email said construction was “on the building” but it was too late to book another place in the vicinity. Owner said they had no idea when the construction schedule was. But made our stay extremely noisy, uncomfortable, and no privacy. Shower had no water pressure, bed was lumpy, and dirty vents.

Thank you for your review. I want to clarify that the construction is clearly stated in the listing description as being in the building, not just in the area. I also personally sent you messages in advance—more than once—to make sure you were fully aware before your stay. Transparency is very important to me, and I always aim to be upfront so guests can make the best decision for their vacation. I completely understand that construction can impact comfort, which is exactly why this information is disclosed both publicly in the listing and directly to guests ahead of time. That said, I will review your comments regarding the shower, bed, and vents with my team.

Host was welcoming and did a good job of responding to my messages. Was surprised by the non refundable key fob charge. Felt like I had already paid enough. Why couldn’t I get my money back when I returned them when I checked out??? We had to buy 2 fobs cause of 4 people even though we were together all the time. Very very frustrating!!! Makes me not want to recommend this place. Also was not expecting all the lawn chairs and umbrellas being set out. No where to throw the ball or frisbee unless you went down the beach further. There could have been more plates instead of me doing dishes all the time. Loved the beach chair and umbrella. Could use some new beach chairs as 2 are very rusting giving off rust on my white sundress. Would have loved to been out on balcony but realize building needs maintenance. Maybe leave info in rooms about free shuttle. Was planning on using this service but couldn’t find pick up areas. Not marked.

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about communication. The key fob fee is set by the building and is non-refundable, and this is shared in advance. I understand it may feel frustrating, but it’s not something we control. The beach setup is also managed by the building. I appreciate your suggestions regarding additional plates, updating beach chairs, and clearer shuttle information—I’ll work on improving those. Thank you again for your feedback.

Easy checkin process. Valet was only $10 a day!!! Very comfortable condo at a great price !!

Lovely condo

We stayed here for two nights in April 2024. Condo is very clean, has everything you need. View was amazing and right on the beach. There is a 7eleven across the street and a Hilton for meals if needed. Che k in was fast and easy. I would highly recommend this unit.

Very good space for budget or cost-conscious beach stay

Great space. Fully stocked. Accurate pictures. Easy path to beach from pool. Nice balcony with views. Great beach but no services, however, unit has beach chairs and umbrella so all good. Should be noted that everything in the apartment is outdated and old excpet the TV and Roku. Bed mattress needs imemdiate replacement as way too soft. All applicances, furniture, sink, shower, toilets are old school. Everything works and cost was on par with our budget but you may want to hesistate if desire modern. Parking through valet was great but did cost 10 per day and you needed to pay 30 for the key fob.
