Gulf Front Stadthaus im Jahr 2004 gebaut, 2200 qm .. 3 Schlafzimmer 3. 5 Bad mit 2 Master-Suiten sowohl mit Kingsize-Betten und ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett. Zwei große Decks zur Unterhaltung. Eine Master-Suite ist Golffront mit großem Balkon und der zweite Master ist Sound-Ansicht. Die anderen Einheiten im Vierbettzimmer haben 4 Schlafzimmer, von denen 2 klein sind. Diese Einheit hat die 2 kleineren Schlafzimmer genommen und einen zusätzlichen Meister mit Bad im Zimmer gemacht. Beachten Sie auch, dass das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss eine große ebenerdige Dusche für einige Personen mit eingeschränkten Behinderungen bietet. Der Golf-Front-Master verfügt über eine Deluxe-Whirlpool-Badewanne und eine separate Dusche mit drei Brauseköpfen. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Flachbildfernseher mit einem 42-Zoll-Golfmaster. Alle Schlafzimmer haben U-Vers-Kabel. Die Stadthäuser haben einen privaten Spaziergang zum Strand. Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der Küche mit separater Eismaschine für 55 Pfund pro Tag. Es gibt Travertin-Böden durch die gesamte Stadt einschließlich Decks. Zusätzlich zu den Decks auf der oberen Ebene gibt es auch einen lustigen Partybereich auf der unteren Ebene mit Außendusche, heißem und kaltem Wasser mit Schaukel und Sitzbereich.

Vacation in Paradise

It is a great place for a family vacation. The beach was beautiful and right in front of the townhouse. The townhouse was well furnished and had plenty of space for family get- togethers. We have been coming to Navarre for almost 50 years and it is our go to happy place for our extended family to gather.

Family Trip!

This place was absolutely amazing! The amenities are wonderful and the location was very put together. Our family had plenty of space and my little ones even said they felt like they were staying in a castle! The pictures did not do justice for this location. The beach was actually pretty private even though it is close to a public access. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Beach vacation

This has become our favorite place to stay in Navarre! The property can accommodate a couple families, it’s very spacious/cozy and the master bedroom balcony has an amazing view! We had an issue upon arriving and the owners were more than accommodating which was very appreciative! We plan to visit again in the future!

Great place to stay!!!!

This was a beautiful, private, lovely stretch a beach far from the madness that Navarre Beach is becoming/has become. The crowds near the pier were thick but we had the beach by this great place to ourselves! The condo is spacious and wonderful. Thank you for such a lovely time.

Wonderful View and Location

We had a wonderful time despite a whole week of double red flags so none of us could go in the water. We have been going to this island for 52 years and my children, grandchildren and extended family wouldn't consider it summer vacation without this annual beach trip.

Absolutely perfect!!

This place was absolute perfection from the moment we walked in the door. The home was beautiful and spacious. It was well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. The views were spectacular. We loved the fact that we could walk out the back door and right on to the beach.

Perfect rental!

This house is wonderful! It is very well equipped with anything you would need for your stay. The garage is full of many beach supplies so you don’t have to pack your own. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. The complex is very quiet without any beach crowding. The owners were responsive, and allowed us to enter the property early once the cleaners were finished. Our family will hopefully be able to rent this property again.

Great beadh house!

Very clean when we checked in. We were in town early and were allowed to check in around 3 pm, we appreciated that. The owner was very accomodating and delivered a new vaccum to keep the sand off the tile/rugs. Great location with the beach very close! Definitely recommend!

Best beach trip!

This property was wonderful. The kitchen was very well appointed. Lots of room for 5 adults and a baby. The outside space was furnished nicely with too many extras to list. The pictures truly did not do it justice.

AMAZING Trip and Vacation Rental!

My family and I have vacationed at many beaches at the Atlantic Ocean and stayed in many vacation rentals. This was our first trip to the Gulf, and it was AMAZING! Jim’s and Brooke’s vacation rental was MORE than we could have ever wanted in a vacation home! Their home is luxurious, yet welcoming and comfortable! All of the generous amenities provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation! The location and views are SPECTACULAR and communicating with them was effortless! We are so grateful for their hospitality and hope to return in the future!

Felt Like A Home

Wonderful stay. Most rental properties are stocked with just essentials for guests but you could tell that this was set up to make people feel at home. It had everything we needed and more. Plus on check in we found cookies set out for the kids and a bottle of champagne for the adults. Gorgeous home and view. We’ve already booked it for the same week next year. Can’t wait to get back.

Wonderful Beach Home

Property was exactly as depicted in the listing. Plenty of room for my family of 6 with room to spare. Property is well equipped with everything needed for the stay. All the way from the mini fridges in each room, to the ice machine in the kitchen, to the beach chairs. Perfect location to the non crowded beach. Host was eager to answer any questions that we had and promptly replied. We will definitely try to book again for our next beach vacation.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay last year but actually took it for granted until we used VRBO for our snow skiing trip on Spring Break. The views and the beach are awesome! The owner was very pleasant and provides you with all the info you need. The house was in great shape and is set up for renting. The rooms and bathrooms are large and set up well. There is plenty of space for all your clothes and anything else you packed. The kitchen is also very nice and having the extra ice maker was a plus as well.

Wish I could keep this place a secret!

The selfish part of me would rather not leave a review so that I could try to keep this place a secret, but the owners certainly earned and deserve our praise. This beautiful property is exceptional in every way and was the perfect place for our family of five (including 3 tweens/teens). It had everything we needed and the beach was amazing -- we even enjoyed the one day it rained. Jim was very accommodating and promptly replied to all inquiries. For a family who has pretty much been stuck at home since the pandemic started, this place was the perfect escape. Thank you again for sharing your home with us -- we hope we are lucky enough to visit again in the future!

The Perfect Getaway

I can't say enough good about this place! The pictures don't do it justice. It's a beautiful home with all the accommodations. It was extremely clean when we arrived, with little personal touches like a welcome candy basket, clean linens, beach chairs and floaties, candles. It's located in a central spot on Navarre Beach that you can get to any restaurant or shopping within minutes. The owners are extremely accomodating and responsive to all the questions I had. The beach/Gulf views are priceless, not to mention having the beach to ourselves. We made lasting memories here and will be back!
