The Space:

Welcome to A3 Lapa Living – your chic coastal escape in the heart of Jacó. This stylish third-floor walk-up (stairs only) is the perfect retreat for couples, friends, or a small family looking to stay close to the action while enjoying modern comfort.



Step into a bright, sunlit space with an open-concept layout. Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the inviting lounge area, or retreat to one of two comfortable bedrooms, each outfitted with a queen bed and plush linens. Both bathrooms feature sleek, contemporary finishes and walk-in showers for a spa-like feel. You’ll also enjoy complimentary tea and coffee, high-speed WiFi, and thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.



Outside, Jacó is at your doorstep – world-class surf beaches, lively dining and nightlife, and easy access to national parks and outdoor adventures. When it’s time to unwind, head down to the semi-Olympic pool, stretch out on a lounger, and take in the tropical surroundings.

• Two parking spots are available for your exclusive use.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is located in a very safe and convenient neighborhood on Calle Lapa Verde in Jacó. The beach is just 4 minutes by car or an easy 7–11 minute walk, making it simple to enjoy the ocean, sunsets, and beach activities anytime.



You’ll be steps away from one of the best gallo pintos in Jacó at Soda Garabito, about 200 meters from supermarkets, and 400 meters from the famous POPS ice cream shop, where you can enjoy a delicious Churchill. Be sure to stop by the well-known Pachis Pan bakery and try one of their fresh, buttery croissants.



Getting Around:

You can walk without a problem to the main avenue of the town where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and more.

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
