Good location. Not right on the beach, but about about a 1 minute walk which we found reasonable. The complex was fine, but had a bit of a hard time finding our unit/building.

The location was awesome and the private beach access made this condo a great spot! Lots of good restaurants around. The beds were not very comfortable, but other than that, it was good. Something not mentioned is that there isn't an elevator, so be prepared to use the steps to the third floor. You'll get exercise .

Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the great location, private beach access, and the many restaurants and attractions nearby. We appreciate your feedback regarding the beds and will share your comments with the owner for consideration. We also wanted to note that the unit is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, and this information was included in the property description so guests can make the best choice for their needs. That said, we understand the stairs can be a challenge for some guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another beach getaway in the future!

Check in process was very easy. Quick walk to the beach. Bed just wasnt too comfy and wished they had an elevator instead of walking up 5 to 6 flights of stairs but overall everything was great.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with a great view. The condo was in good shape. Our only criticism is that the kitchen needs more pans and utensils. It was hard to prepare any meals. The condo was a great experience overall!

Nice condo, great location

We had a great time! The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen wasn't as stocked as condos in the past which was a little frustrating. We loved that it had a washer/dryer included! We would recommend this property.

Great location! Central to everything myrtle Beach has to offer. Across the street from the beach, ocean view from the balcony is gorgeous. We had a great time! The apartment needs a little tlc, nothing major. Ammenities such as soaps or toiletries were scarce, however, that is mentioned in the listing so we were prepared. All in all, I'm pleased and would rent this again.

Pleasantly Surprised

We had to find a place last minute, and this property met our needs and expectations. The grounds were beautiful. Pool was clean and not busy. Just a few steps to the beach. We were on the third floor and wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Overall a great location and would stay here again.

Thanks for staying with us at Ocean Forest Villas in the heart of Myrtle Beach. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and the area. We do apologize that you were not aware of this being a third floor condo with no elevator in the building, but it is listed in the marketing for the condo in several spots for renters to read prior to booking.

The location was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and the pool. There was plenty of room for our little family, which made our stay very comfortable. The only feedback I’d offer for a 5-star experience would be a few small improvements. When we arrived, there wasn’t any information about local places or deals, so we left behind the deal books we found for the next guests. Also, there was no frying pan, which made cooking a bit challenging. A small investment in updated kitchen accessories would go a long way. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily recommend this place again and again!

Thanks for your review and feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at the beach and Ocean Forest Villas. We do wish you would have reached out during your stay for any kitchen items you might have needed. We would have gladly tried to get them to you as soon as possible. We just purchased a frying pan set for this unit not too long ago, so I am not sure what happened to that. Everything is online at your fingertips for area information, so we don't have a lot of literature to leave for guests. You could have texted or messaged us with any questions related to your stay though at any time. We are more than willing to assist in any way.

Was not a fan of the owner trying to let a potential buyer come and view the condo during our stay. They need to conduct business when the place is not being rented not during a occupancy. Amateur hour.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, this property is on the market, so we have to reach out to guests to inquire if showing is available. If the guest does not want to accommodate the showing, it is not an issue at all as explained to you. It is part of vacation rentals and the real estate business. You were not inconvenienced in anyway besides being asking if it could be shown. You declined, and we said thank you very much. We do hope you were able to enjoy your stay besides this one text conversation.

Spectacular view

The condominium's is in a nice, quiet location with private beach access. Everything that we wanted to do was less than an hour away. Most of the things that we did was less than 30 minutes away. The beaches were not over crowded. This condominium overlooks the pool and the ocean. There was a full moon the last night we were there and it was an amazing site to see right from the balcony. The hot tub was located right beside of our building. The condominium was clean. The furniture and decorations were pretty and comfortable. There s was just a few things that I didn’t like. We had a hard time getting in the door at first. The agent I spoke to was somewhat rude about it. You have to twist both handles when opening the door. We did that repeatedly and there for would not open. She acted like we were doing something wrong. Come to find out, the
