Condo was in great shape. Few minor things - knob in shower is very loose, kept coming into kitchen and found a small puddle of water in the floor under trash can, all of the dishes and the cabinets they are stored in smell like seafood. Enjoyed our stay!

Overall the location. Was fine. Not enough parking to unload and load. Floors could use a very good deep clean as well as the furniture. Carpet in second bedroom was filthy. No curtain over that window as well and light shown in all night making room like daylight. Needs the whole unit cleaned really good. Mattress were okay but not great. Pool overcrowded. Beach access was good.

Everything was great except they were running a jack hammer right outside our door for three days in a row. Would have been nice to know that was going to be the case.

Best vacation ever

We took a family trip with our 2 sons and thier families. The accommodations were perfect. Everything we needed was in our room. The way the place was decorated was beautiful. Brought the beach to life. We will definitely recommend and be back ourselves.

Oven did not work. No extra pillows. Controller in master shower was worn out. Beach view was excellent. The other bedroom needs blackout curtain on window due to light from hallway shining into the room. Beds were comfortable. Recliners were wonderfu!

It wasn't made clear in the description that no motorcycles are allowed on this property! We didn't find this out until we went to check in! The property management company had to find us another place to stay.

Great 2 BR condo on the beach!

This is a great location on Crescent Beach and very well maintained unit and building. Pool, lazy river and hot tubs are thoroughly clean every day. Right on the beach and beautiful large balcony. Only issue was parking our SUV with roof top cargo box. It did not fit in the parking garage. So had to find different spots near the garage and on the street, more difficult if you go out for a later dinner or drink. We already talked and will be back again next year.

Although one of the elevators that wasn't functioning, we took the stairway which led us right to the front door. It too was fixed but made move in a little hectic. Overall, great condo, comfortable beds and all the amenities on could need.

Had so much trouble with front door lock to open. Had to call north beach realty four times for assistance. Ended up putting in new lock. Would be nice if there were spices. Paper products. Anything left over from past renters.
