Get the best of both worlds with this vacation home - Lake Ann is an all-sports lake, however, the house itself is located on a small, quiet cove that discourages loud motor-craft from speeding along your shoreline. This 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is newly remodeled and sleeps 4 adults. With one queen bed, and two twin beds, it is perfect for couples and/or small families. Enjoy modern comforts like air conditioning, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Essentials and a full size washer/dryer are provided for your convenience. Enjoy the beautiful lake view from the kitchen window while seated at the island. The living room slider door accesses the large deck which is perfect for morning coffee, grilling, outdoor dining, and overall relaxation on a lovely summer day. A clear night will boast an opportunity for fabulous star gazing - shooting stars and satellites can often be spotted while enjoying a quiet evening around the fire pit. But don't forget about the lovely waterfront! A private dock is provided for recreational boaters and serious fishermen. Enjoy a morning paddle on the lake with one of the kayaks or paddle board available for your use. Toddlers will enjoy splashing along the private sandy shoreline while older children can wade into deeper water or swim off the end of the dock or Lily Pad foam swim platform. Electric car owners will appreciate a 220 volt charger located in the garage for overnight charging.

This home is located approximately 15 miles west of Traverse City where one can find excellent dining opportunities and outdoor activities. Wineries and Lake Michigan beaches are also easily accessed. State hiking trails are located adjacent to the neighborhood within walking distance. Downtown Lake Ann is located 3 miles away - visit the Lake Ann Brewing Company for amazing craft beer. While there, listen to outdoor music and order a meal from The Stone Oven next door. The town of Interlochen is 9 miles away with various dining establishments, along with the Interlochen Center for the Arts, which hosts popular events performed both by talented students and professional entertainers. Getzaway has much to offer in relaxation and entertainment!
