Welcome to Casa Playa, a slice of paradise and the perfect Gulf-side getaway for a family vacation or couples retreat. This tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a spacious living area with coastal décor and plenty of seating for everyone to relax and unwind.
One of the best features of Casa Playa is the incredible outdoor space. Enjoy two decks for lounging and sunset views, plus a third deck that takes it to the next level. The 35-foot observation tower offers the most spectacular views of the ocean and is the perfect spot to start your day with coffee or end it with a sunset drink in hand. With approximately 900 square feet of deck space and furniture on every level, you'll have plenty of room to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.
After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle in for a relaxing evening at your home away from home.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 or older.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• This home includes a beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
