Die Hacienda befindet sich im Sanctuary in West Haven, ideal für alle Attraktionen, die Orlando zu bieten hat. Die Fahrzeit beträgt nur 15 Minuten bis zum Haupttor von Walt Disney World und 30 Minuten nach Universal Orlando mit Sea World dazwischen. Die nächstgelegene Option für Golfer ist Champions Gate mit zwei 18-Loch-Golfplätzen, die nur wenige Kilometer entfernt sind. Es gibt jedoch mehr als ein Dutzend anderer Top-Golfplätze, die alle innerhalb einer 30-minütigen Fahrt erreichbar sind. Shoppingfans werden die Orlando Premium Outlets in etwa 20 Minuten und Posner Park, der näher ist und einen eigenen Cineplex hat, lieben.

Dieses geräumige Haus bietet mit seinen vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern bequem Platz für bis zu acht Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad sowie einen eigenen Eingang zum Poolbereich. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind mit Queensize-Betten ausgestattet und teilen sich ein Hauptbad, während das vierte Schlafzimmer ein Zweibettzimmer ist.

Bitte beachten Sie: Die Hacienda wurde als 5-Schlafzimmer-Hotel konzipiert. Wir haben jedoch eines der Zimmer in ein Büro für alle umgewandelt, die es nutzen möchten.

Die Hacienda ist ein Ranch-Stil (Einzeletage) mit einer großen offenen Küche, einem Ess- und Wohnbereich und einem kleinen Sitz- / Lesezimmer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und beinhaltet einen Frühstücksbereich. Ein digitales Kabel bietet eine erweiterte Auswahl an Fernsehbildern, einschließlich aller englischen Premiership-Spiele für Fußballfans. Highspeed-Breitband wird kostenlos angeboten.

Der Poolbereich profitiert von seiner südwestlichen Ausrichtung. Hier können Sie herrliche Sonnenaufgänge genießen (frühe Vögel können die Ballonfahrer beim Überfliegen beobachten) und Möglichkeiten zum Sonnenbaden am Tag, aber nachmittags mit einigen schattigen Bereichen. Der Poolbereich blickt auf einen kleinen natürlichen See, was bedeutet, dass Sie die besondere Privatsphäre der Umgebung sowie den Refrain der Ochsenfrösche genießen werden, die abends mit Liedern verwöhnt werden.

Die Hacienda ist etwa 40 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Orlando entfernt. Zwei weitere Flughäfen - Orlando Sanford und Tampa International - sind etwa eine Stunde entfernt.

Place to go

It’s a great house to use for a vacation. Close to many places to dine out. And very convenient for meals at home. Pool was wonderful. Would certainly recommend this vacation home

A great house

It was clean, heater working, with the kitchen basics (I suggest new pans). We had a lot of traffic jams at the end of December and the first half of January, which took around 30 to 40 minutes to get to the parks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the villa was exactly what was needed. it could do with some modernizing and TVs to work fully not just on Netflix. The outside area is exactly as it looks on the photos the pool is a good size. A few more instructions would be handy ie: washing machine, tumble dryer etc but all together was a great stay. Around 30 minutes from universal, Disney parks closer when it is a clear drive in.

Nice place

Clean, clean, clean. Furnishings are a little dated and beds a little hard. But absolutely no problems except we were scrambling for a gate code (gated community) on arrival. Management came through quickly. Nice to have a worry free vacation.

Great staff, great location

The staff member who responded was there quickly and was super nice about taking care of the problem. The West Haven area was ideally located for convenient travel to everything we had planned for this trip. Home was nice and clean. Furnishings were a bit dated, but in good working order. Very nice stay.

Worst Stay Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented many homes over the years, but this one was horrible. Upon arrival, code did not work. Called emergency number and was given a temporary one. They then sent someone over, but they spoke to our young kids and did not speak to us. It was the 4th of July weekend so they were not on their game. The house was in sad shape. There was urine on the floor in the middle bathroom; a huge crack on the floor; the sliding door trim kept falling off; circuits were out in the kitchen; there were no sunning chairs (like those in the photo) - only cushions; the appliances were dirty; the back door screen door would not close properly (this worried us due to alligators and such); there was sand in the pool; and every time my travel agent called, she was spoken to rudely. On our final night, the air went out. As the CEO of Habitat for Humanity in Michigan (Macomb), I am not a person to try to cause issues. I just wanted a nice house and a quiet safe stay. Instead I received VERY rude service and was offered no immediate solutions. I was not moved. No one sympathized with me. NOTHING! I will NEVER EVER use this company again, and if I had staff that treated others the way they treated us, they would be long gone. We did receive a $200 credit for the loss of air, but what they should have done is refund the entire stay. Instead, after saving for a vacation for three years and leaving my husband to watch our special needs son, I spent my vacation cleaning a broken down dirty home. All that for almost $2000!

Mixed stay due to inaccurate description

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not the property we had reserved, but the one we chose went onto the market so the company moved us here as it "had" the same set up and an extra room. This was not the case. The villa states a king bed, a queen bed and 2 sets of twins. It actually has 2 (very old orthopedic) queen beds, a full size and a set of twins. The furniture overall is tired with large cracks in the tiled floor in the main area. These are the poor areas of the villa. Apart from this it is large, airy, has a nice pool and is well placed for Champions Gate, Disney and Universal (30-40 mins from the parks dependent on traffic). The issues we had meant we cut our stay short and moved as the bed arrangement did not meet our needs for the family. If they updated the beds so they matched the description then I would consider this villa again. We did struggle to contact the company over the weekend when we arrived but once they contacted us they were helpful, professional and sorted us out without any extra cost so no issues with using them again!

Simple But Does The Job

The furniture and decor are quite outdated but that's not what we rented the house for. This was our big Disney Family trip for the kid's Spring Break so we knew that we were going to be out and about more than staying indoor. The neighbor is gated, very quiet and we felt very safe. House was clean from the inside out to the pool. WE LOVED that this VRBO came with a heated pool during our entire stay. We all enjoyed the pool every night and it was a great way to end the day. The patio blinds were a nuisance at times. The patio screen door from the master bedroom was not always smooth to open. Some TLC and maintenance would really make this place more enjoyable (especially if a family was to utilize this place more than we did). Despite some of the cons listed on here, I still rate this VRBO at a 5 stars because it served us for what we needed the house for.

Love Florida Spirit

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Florida Spirit 6 times, 5 of them in at the Sanctuary in West Haven. The write up on this house was misleading, however. Part of it said the master had a king bed, part said a queen. It was a queen and had the hardest mattress ever. I had sore hips for 3 weeks and padded the mattress with a quilt from another bed. Everything thing else was fine. I can highly recommend Florida Spirit - just not this property.
