The Space:

This 3 bedroom apartment is more like a house. It's a freestanding duplex located on the second and third floor with its own private entrance and private driveway. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a huge master suite located on the third floor. There is a dedicated workstation on the main floor and another in the master suite. there's a fenced in backyard as well.



Guest Access:

Private laundry in the basement. Shared fenced in backyard with downstairs Airbnb apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The Triangle neighborhood is a safe and quiet area located near the Brandywine Zoo, Salesianum School and 2 minutes from the 95 on ramps. There are lots of young professionals as well as long time homeowners in the area. it's a safe place to ride your bike or walk your dog.



Getting Around:

We recommend a car but there's public transportation (bus station) a few blocks away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note there is only one off Street parking space, there's free street parking as well. Backyard is shared with downstairs Airbnb and that may have a pet.



We do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only. You must pay the $150 pet fee in order to have your reservation approved for your pet. There is a $500 undisclosed pet fee.



Interaction with Guests:

We are local, experienced professional superhosts with multiple properties. Our job is to take care of our guests and make sure they have the best experience possible. We are available for any immediate issues, but we tend to check in by message during your stay to make sure everything is going well.
