Summary:
Temple Place Suites welcomes you to stay in one of our efficiency micro-apartments. At just 150 square feet the suite is beautifully furnished and because of its size we are able to offer exceptional prices!

For all locals & stays 7+ nights, a copy of your license and proof of work in town is required within 24 hours of booking.

*This room is on the 6th floor, the elevator ONLY goes to the 5th floor. About 20 stairs required!*

The Space:
Temple Place Suites welcomes you to stay in our deluxe one bedroom apartment.

Your room features a queen size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a separate wardrobe and dresser for hanging and storing clothes, plus comfortable seating.

*This room is on the 6th floor, the elevator ONLY goes to the 5th floor. About 20 stairs required!*

Fully equipped kitchen. The flooring is carpeted throughout, with ceramic tile in the bathroom.

All units are equipped with wireless internet, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, linens and towels, as well as a guest book with instructions and recommendations.

The Neighborhood:
The Boston Common Park and Public Garden are only a few hundred feet away and Fenway Park is a quick 15 minutes away by train. Public transit by way of the Red, Orange and Green Subway lines is only a minute walk from the property. Grocery, dining and shopping are all within a few minute walk of the property. You can pick up the Freedom Trail very near the Boston Common. MGH, Tuft’s Medical, Boston University, Emerson College and many other hospitals and schools are within 5-30 minute walk or a short ride on public transit.

Comfortable apartment in ideal location!

This apartment has a beautiful view of the historic architecture around Boston Commons and is right across from a train station so you can walk or ride anywhere you need to in the city. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you might need, the beds are comfy and the water pressure is FANTASTIC .

4 day visit to Boston

Location was perfect for being close all the sites we wanted to see but yet still still quiet for being in the city. We loved how easy it was to get groceries for eating in or the number of great restaurants nearby. Also, the T stations were really close which made travel easy and pleasant.

Great location. Toilet did not flush well. We had to constantly use a plunger. Shower did not work well as the water turned on and off during the shower. Airconditioning only covered the bedroom and it was hot in the kitchen and living area: the place was advertised as air conditioned.

location is walking distance to most places, clean unit with great security. Has a small issue on arrival, and the hosts could not have been more helpful, not just at that time but for the whole stay.

The good: With a door code, a code for the 6th floor, and a door code, we definitely felt safe. The room was comfortable (though we were there in a temperate season) with a full kitchen. Also good location near transit and Boston Common. The bad: The shower was not much more than a trickle of water and the elevator doesn't go to the 6th floor, only the 5th. No view, we kept the curtains shut the whole time.

Location ideal. Accommodation suffered from amenities. Bad coffee, and not even enough for length of stay (at one pouch a day). We were looking for an affordable apartment close to public transportation and walking distance to Boston Common. This apartment definitely filled the bill. The bed was comfy with lucious soft sheets, which does matter to me. And the livingroom had a nice setup for watching TV which is how we wound down after a long day out and about. The kitchen had the very barest minimum but we didn't plan to cook anyway so no problem for us. When we first arrived we were a bit put off by some druggies who hang out at the corner. But they never bothered us and we came and went at all hours. There's the best breakfast/lunch place a few doors down (Bonjour) and a great restaurant/bar also (JM McCurdy, i think). We had a few problems (shower curtain rod wouldn't hold and the room temp was a bit warm) but the management was super responsive always (via text) and solved the problem...except for one issue: the water pressure in the shower would repeatedly cycle off after a few minutes then start up again as cold before getting back to the temp set. If that one major problem was fixed i'd def stay here again. GREAT LOCATION!!

This is a ten out of ten for location. I had a couple of minor issues, but I was promptly responded to and the issues were resolved. It was a bit hot because I slept on the pull-out bed in the living room and my sister in the bedroom. The AC unit was a type of window unit but it was only in the bedroom. I was able to sleep just fine with the overhead fan, but it was definitely not as cold as the bedroom. However, I would stay here again for sure! The price and location are top notch!

Good and bad

Location, location, location. Right by two different subway stops, the Boston Commons, the Freedom Trail, and many other key locations this was a great location. The unit was clean and updated. So some real positives. The negatives however include that the only air conditioning in the unit consisted of a loud in room unit in the bedroom that struggled to keep that room cool and did not help cool any of the other rooms. Also, we arrived on a Thursday, the elevator broke down during the day on Friday and was not repaired until Tuesday morning just before we checked out. So almost our entire stay we were forced to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs in a non-air conditioned stairwell.
