Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Our homes/units may be rented either together or separately. Because of this, other guests may be staying nearby during your visit. Please be respectful and considerate of others on the property.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested

Available upon request for $40 each, plus tax:

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. This had so much potential. But, we cannot give it good review. To start we had issues with the rental agreement that took us forever to get in contact with the rental company. It took VRBO to give them 2 hrs to answer or we were cancelling- on the day we were supposed to arrive. After, finally figuring out and getting into contact with them we arrived to house. Let’s start with the food then the bad. Good: It was clean, there was enough towels, bedding, and pillows. Seemed to have working appliances (our stay was short we didn’t use them) and the AC/Heater did its job and if weather was good the proximity to the beach. Bad: it was severely lacking in upkeep. Paint chipping, nails sticking out of the door, ripped furniture, blinds that needed to be replaced, and the chairs for the table seemed very unstable we didn’t even use them. Floors felt spongy(soft), the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, the top bunks were very close to the ceiling fan (we would have to turn the fan off and on before my daughter would get out from the top bunk to not hit her head) this was for both rooms. Also, for the size of the master bedroom the TV was very tiny. ** my daughter cut her pinky toe from some staples sticking out the bottom of the bottom bunk**Overall for the amount we paid for 2 nights we expected more. We were not impressed with the quality of the home. It needs a serious facelift in every part of the house. They need to care more.I’ve attached photos below.

We stayed a whole month and we will definitely return again! The air conditioner was brand new so it cools the house perfectly! Laundry room is outside but easy to access. Since you are sharing the driveway sometimes you have to park on the street, we didn't have any issues (no tickets) for the month. We loved the balcony with the ocean views and constant sea breeze.

Good upstairs unit

The communication from the group that owned this VRBO was very good and helped us deal with a unruly and rude downstairs VRBO unit who complained about our kids walking around. They made the unpleasant conversation better and helped us deal with this problem. I do wish this unit had a washer and dryer do to dirty clothes piling up but we stayed for a very short time it wasn't a big issue. Like the walk to the seawall in Galveston.

You get what you pay for!

You get what you pay for, this property was cheap for a reason. When we arrived the floor was dirty and sticky, the host offered to send someone out to touch up the property. The main bedroom has electrical issues. There was a review that talked about the issues i assumed it would've been fixed but it has not. You need an extension cord to watch the tv in the bedroom. The host did send out a handman to say he knew there was issues and he would schedule someone to look at the electrical issue. They said the electrician is coming on Thursday. If you have small children i would not recommend this property the stairs are unsecured. The bunk beds in the property are shaky and one has screws sticking out at the bottom. There is also mold around the windows. The property is close to the seawall and lots of restaurants.

Electrical work needed !

Upon arrival on October 5, 2024 we noticed several pubic hairs all over the sheets. The two twin beds in the alcoves were also not clean. We contacted manager and cleaning crew was sent immediately the situation was corrected above satisfaction. We then noticed broken. outlet covers reported to management we noticed electric in back. Part of main bedroom did not work. We reported to management management did their best to fix this issue. However, upon check out today October 12, 2024. The electrical issues were not rectified and electrician was scheduled after our check out to work on the home, which probably makes more sense, these were small issues that would never stop me from renting here again it was a very nice neighborhood not as quiet as we would have light, but not as loud as being straight up on the strip, I would recommend this for a family with older children, but definitely not younger children as the stairs have no safety Gate and the broken wall cover would electrocute a baby if they were to stick their finger in it

This was an ok place-you get what you pay for. It wasn’t bad until they rented the downstairs to a bunch of kids that played the music loud and sounded like a bunch of alley cats trying to sing and laugh. There was several vehicles and they took the parking for both rentals and we ended up with a parking ticket. I won’t stay at these locations again if we ever have to go back.

Good for group trip, could use improvements

Best part about this place is the location, less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. Other than that, there were some inconvenient aspects of the house- appliances and furniture all seemed a little bit "off" or broken, shower rod not secured and fell off, electricity didn't work for various switches and outlets. The biggest annoyance was that the property manager scheduled roofing repairs during our stay, so we woke up to roofing work being done at 6am. Not sure why these repairs weren't schedule for before or after our stay. We tried our best to steer clear of the tools/watch out for fallen nails, and still my nephew ended up stepping on a nail in the backyard. We got lucky that his shoe stopped the nail from going in his foot. Again, I'm not sure why these repairs were not done at another time. Management should consider guests when scheduling house work.

Working class getaway.

Upstairs/downstairs duplex, 2.5 blocks from beach. Nice grassy backyard with hose for rinsing off. Nice kitchen appliances and comfortable beds. AC works good. Bathroom could use an overhaul. Door keypad needs instructions included in check in email.
