Bereit zum Einzug. Fantastischer 1-stöckiger offener Grundriss. Großes Wohnzimmer, ideal für Unterhaltung. Dieses Haus verfügt über eine Küche mit Frühstücksbar und einen hellen, offenen Frühstücksbereich mit Erkerfenstern. Formelles Abendessen. Hauptschlafzimmer voller Licht mit riesigem Badezimmer. Zwei weitere separate Schlafzimmer.

Der Gemeinschaftspool ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ist den ganzen Sommer über geöffnet. Benötigt Pässe und kann von unserem Ende an einem Mindestaufenthalt unterliegen. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich.

GREAT house & location!!

The house was just as it appeared on the website. It was clean and neat and ready for us to settle in for our two-week stay. I texted Zubair as we were getting close to Katy and in less than 30 min, he texted me all the info to get into the house & how to disarm it. He was always a text away and VERY helpful!! We told him that whenever we go to Katy to visit our grandchildren, we will DEFINITELY stay at this house. It was very easy for us to get the the grandbabies house, Walmart, and places to eat. THANK YOU, Zubair!!

Excellent Customer Service

I have to start my review by complimenting Zubair.who managed this rental. He provided great service for my husband and I. When I called for a question, he immediately picked up his call. I was never forwarded to voicemail. I remember mentioning that we did not have a large frying pan, and there he was. a few days later at the door with a smile and a perfect size frying pan. The house matched the description that was presented. It was neat and clean. House perfet size and amble kitchen, as I did some cooking and baking for my Texas family. Good location, near major highways.(have to get used to the Texas traffic) Hope you enjoy your stay. Diane F. .

Spacious and comfortable

I stayed here for two months in January/February 2019 to escape the northeast winter. The house, with a large 2 car garage, is located in a newer development in Katy, very close to Rte 99. It has a lovely breakfast nook and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need for cooking: pots, appliances, dishes, glassware, etc. The dining room can accommodate 6 comfortably, and the living room is large with a couch and 2 chairs and a large tv with lots of channels. The master bedroom is large with its own en suite bathroom and walking closet, as well as its own tv. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin, and also with walk in closets. The second bath is nicely appointed and there is a full laundry room adjacent to it. There's a desk in the smaller bedroom where you can conduct business if need be. The backyard is small but fenced in. There is a wonderful park nearby with a playground for the kids and a wonderful paved walking path around man-made lakes and ducks galore. The development itself has a small playground as well as a pool, which I did not get to enjoy as it was winter. Zubair, the property manager, could not have been more accommodating and responded quickly to whatever need I may have had. This location is close enough to Rte 10 and from there it's a straight shot to downtown Houston, albeit with traffic. It's not close to downtown but it's easily doable. There's a Kroger, WallMart, fast food places and some smaller restaurants in a mall nearby and less than 5 miles away are some really great restaurants in Katy. There are also movie theaters nearby as well. This is a residential neighborhood so you do have to drive to get anywhere, but the neighborhood is quiet and, as a single woman of a "certain age", I felt very safe and comfortable.

Great dog-friendly Family home in nice quiet neighborhood.

We came to the Katy/Houston area to visit family. The house was perfect for us. We were able to all have our own space as well as having plenty of room for our family to join us for games and meals. The fenced-in side/back yard is small, but was more than large enough for our 2 dogs to take care of business (and less space for me to wander to clean up 😉). While I can't speak for the comfort of the beds in the guest rooms, the bed in the master was great for me. Our kids didn't lodge any complaints, so I'm assuming that their beds were good also. On-site laundry was a definite plus! We were able to keep on top of it and are going home with only a small bag of dirty clothes (less work for me when we get home). We had a minor drainage issue with the AC. I contacted Zubair and he was great about working around our sightseeing schedule to get the issue fixed that same evening. He was quick to respond any time we contacted him. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to the area.

Nice Home to stay at.

Stay December 23 – 27, 2016. The VRBO is nicely located in Katy with the option of access via I-10 or other feeder roads. This gives you the option to get around Houston without having to use the Interstate or various toll roads. The home served our purpose of visiting with our daughter and family who live in the Houston area. Complete with 3 bedrooms, adequate Internet service, Cable service, and a large living room with plenty of room for us to enjoy our Christmas together. The kitchen and other areas are well stocked with mainly everything necessary to enjoy your stay and cook a special dinner for your family. Laundry supplies were also provided. The use of a 2 car garage provided off street parking which is always nice to have for loading and unloading luggage and supplies. It also offers additional security, although the neighbor hood is very quiet.
