As soon as you step inside this air-conditioned condo, you are greeted by a pristine living room where you can gather and unwind after a refreshing splash in the community heated pool or hot tub. The kitchen is appointed with all the essentials that will make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher for quick and easy post-meal clean ups. The condo enjoys a secluded brick patio with a convenient outdoor dining area where you can dine with a beautiful view of the lawn and palm trees. Additional perks include board games and a stacked washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
